Great Seevice - All the Time

My 2006 Lexus GS300 - with somewhat over 165,000 miles - is the best car I've ever owned (including 3 Cadillacs and 2 Mercedes Benz.) My Lexus is as road-worthy as the day I bought it. Two reasons: superb engineering and - at Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ - the very Best Service Department I have ever experienced.

Big volume, good service

I started using Tex Earnhardt's Dodge Dealership Service Department circa 20 years ago when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Their current location offers more brands for sale and a much larger service facility than its predecessor. Frequently, when a dealership grows to huge proportions from its original state, the service department does not expand proportionally to the demand created for service; resulting in long wait times for automotive maintenance. This does not apply to the Earnhardt CJDR facility. There stands 3 service lanes prepared to in-process ones vehicle for maintenance. The lanes are manned by a platoon of specialist entering your car, Jeep or truck into their system. My vehicles when enrolled for service are frequently completed in an hour or two from entry. I currently take my third RAM and third Jeep to Earnhardt for servicing and they receive the same quality handling as the first two of each respective brand. .

The Service experience at Earnhardt is absolutely excellent! I received my reminders, the scheduling was easy, they offered a loaner car, (which I didn't need), and my routine service was completed quickly on a Saturday. It gives me so much reassurance to know that my Lexus is in good hands, and that I can confidently drive my car on long trips, worry-free. I am a long time repeat customer of Lexus having owned more than 6+ cars in my life. Most have been either my own or my family thru my recommendation. Rick has always taken care of them and gives me the confidence my car will always be there when I need it! Yes the car itself it great but having a service guy like Rick gives me confidence I will always have a honest evaluation of my car needs. He is always efficient and responsive to my calls when I have a tight turn when I drop my car off,. Lexus rental car service allows me to go on working since my car is also my 2nd office. Lexus new shop on Camelback is very welcoming and its nice to see Mr. Tex Earnhardt in there on occasion. Bought my first Subaru from him many ,many moons ago and the guy still stands behind his high quality service! And that ain't No Bull!

Outstanding Sales Department

It has been over 8 years since I have purchased a new car. I typically avoid dealerships, but I was so impressed with my overall experience with the sales department at Earnhardt. I spent many online hours researching a RX450H and made up my mind that I wanted to purchase one. The only problem was that I was very picky with my color choice on a fully loaded 450H. I did a first test drive at Bell Lexus, but the color combination was not my favorite. They did present a lease and purchase offer. That night I filled an online request on the Earnhardt Lexus website. I was impressed to receive a phone call from Stephen Bennett with internet sales shortly after 8am. Within a few minutes, he was able to locate the exact 450H for me out of state. Within an hour, he presented a lease and purchase offer that beat the Bell Lexus offer. He answered all my questions. Doug Ebner sales manager followed up the next day, and when Bell Lexus could not get the same car for me, I made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Mike Testani took care of me in sales. He answered all my questions and he made me feel relaxed. And to top off an already perfect experience, they had the car ready for me to pick-up in 3 days. Cole went over all the features and the owenership transfer was so clean and professional, that I was left feeling reassured that a dealership can go above and beyond to please a customer. Thank you Earnhardt Lexus. I am loving my 450H.

Problems with Ford Focus after dust storm

Fan in 2017 Ford Focus making loud noise and vibration after getting caught in major dust storm. Called Heather who got me a Saturday appointment to bring it in for an oil change and change the air filter. She was nice enough to say that if the filter didn't need changing she would not change it. Of course, the filter was brown and it had to be changed. she ran an air pressure hose over the engine to remove a huge amount of dust (Heather said it looked like Little Egypt under the hood!). After I picked it up, I noticed the vibration and noise was still there, so I had her take another look at it. She brought it back to the shop, and found even more dust lodged deep inside the fan, about a cup's worth, that was causing the vibration. She took a special tool and reached as far in as she could to get out all the dust and sand that she could. She told me that there may still be more that she could not see, and to bring it in if the problem reoccurred. It has been running normally since. Heather is great because she appears very knowledgeable, but communicates the problems and fixes to the customer in plain English. As a professional communicator with more than 40 years in public relations, this is a valuable talent in a service technician.

I'm a tough buyer, Tom worked with me and tried very hard to meet all my demands. It's always a negotiation game when buying a car the buyer wants to save and the dealer wants to make money. I my case I feel like it was a win-win situation. Even after my purchase Tom made sure that everything was going good and that I was happy with my purchase. The next day I went to drop off the 2nd key to my trade, he was still trying to wipe down a couple water stains from my new truck to make sure it looked spotless. It is an insignificant issue to me but it sure showed how committed this salesman is to making the customer happy. Thank you Tom, hope to make future deals with you!

I just purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I'm very pleased with how Cole Avenetti, the internet salesperson handled this sale from start to finish. DSG Service @ 40k

Worked with Thomas on scheduling my DSG service and it was very smooth. I let Thomas know the days that would work best and I was in that very week. Once I arrived I was helped within minutes and was then offered a courtesy lift in case I didn't want to wait at the service center. This was particularly nice as it saved me $ from having to get an Uber and also allowed me to get lunch thus making the wait time seem shorter. 10,000 mile service and more!

It was the first time I used the new service center, and I was very impressed with the service. Mirna did an outstanding job from the moment I pulled my vehicle in for what was to be a 10,000 mile service. She discovered a problem with the battery (extreme corrosion) on one of the posts. As it turned out the battery and wire harness had to be replaced. The only inconvenience was a longer wait for my vehicle, but considering the fact that it could have stalled somewhere in this heat, I was extremely pleased that it was taken care of on this visit. Mirna kept me up to date through the entire process which made it more bearable. Thank you Mirna.

GREAT DEALERSHIP FOR FIRST TIME CAR OWNERS!!

My wife and I had the idea of buying a used car in an effort to bring down monthly car payments. VW San Tan exceeds expectations. A red battery indicator is always a drag. The tech Thomas removed and replaced a blown main fuse and rechecked the charging system. I've had my 2013 Hyundai Genesis serviced at Rodeo Hyundai twice. The first was for an oil/filter change. The service rep work with me and even found a $10.00 off coupon for me that I didn't know was available. The oil change was quickly done and the inspection was thorough. The second service time was for a 60,000 mile check up. The service rep worked with me to determine exactly what needed to be done. Some items like tire rotations were performed by the store where I purchased the tires and didn't need to be duplicated. There was a question about the transmission servicing. The head mechanic was called to answer my questions. So far I have been very pleased with the experiences with Rodeo Hyundai. I'll be coming back and recommending the dealership to my friends. (BTW the donuts are fresh and the coffee is black and hot.)

First Thank you to Chad Corr at Rodeo Dodge for a great purchasing experience! I had a truck that fit my needs and was only a few years old. I just wanted to upgrade to a new RAM 1500 sport with pretty much all the gadgets. I saw a limited production hydro blue 1500 at another RAM dealership, but they advertised one price and talked another price once on the lot. I worked with at least 6 other local dealerships and ended up doing a double take when I saw Queen Creek was getting its first dealership! Only issue is that when you go to pick up your car there is a little confusion on who to go to. My fastest, easiest, friendliest car buying experience!

While shopping for a used car, I saw an Infinity G37S coupe on the Internet with low miles, 1 owner, excellent CarFax, and it looked to be in excellent condition. I took a chance by not calling ahead and drove down to the Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac dealership. Lucky for me the car was still there and it looked just as good in person. I met my salespeson, Bill Jurczak, while looking at the car and he told me a few cool things about it that even I didn't know about. I was greeted with a very busy service intake area. However even with the congestion, a young man in a red shirt helped me maneuver through the congestion and checked me right in. My service advisor, Hank, came right over and found out why I was there. After explaining, he got a few details and had me headed to the lounge area in less than 5 minutes. I made myself comfortable and settled in to wait. Within a few minutes of sitting down I got a text message from Hank telling me that if needed him while I was waiting to just let him know. Man, that is service! After a bit, just a little over an hour, Hank was back telling me that it was the auxiliary battery and that it had been replaced at no charge since it was still under warranty. My car was clean and running, and I was a happy camper. This kind of service is why I've purchased all my cars from Earnhardt's since moving to AZ in 1990.

However, before my first car payment was due this month, the A/C quit & the Alternator was getting ready to go out. Chuck Barnum was on vacation and could not address this issue. I had to get that alternator taken care of ASAP to the tune of $400.00. However, upon his return, he called me last night to touch base, then called me today to let me know that they are splitting the cost with me. They are cutting me a check for $200.00 today. I was shopping on-line for a 2018 Jeep JK with the Willys package and Earnhardt had the exact vehicle at the best price around. I live in Tucson and used the Jeep.com site to shop all the dealers within a hundred miles and Earnhardt beat everyone in price and selection. Cole Avenetti was very easy to work with, no pressure, just helpful and knowledgeable. The deal came together very quickly and Cole was amazing. By the time I made the drive from Tucson, he had my new Jeep prepped and ready for me. He had also completed most of the paperwork so all I had to do was sign a few documents and I was off in my new Jeep. I was in the market for a new 2018 Rubicon JL model. I was dealing with some dealerships in the West Valley, however their customer service was not up to par. So, I decide to come to the east valley and stop into Earnhardt Chrysler Ram dodge and Jeep. As a female looking at cars you really never know what you are going to get, or what your experience is going to be. On my initial trip to this dealership I was on a time constraint, and knew exactly what I was looking for, and what I did not want. Since then I've given it regularly scheduled service and maintenance and always at the North Scotsdale dealership, even though it's located across the valley from where I reside. Every time I take my car in I get the best and fastest service. Not only do they deal honestly but they have fair pricing. Best part is that Lexus gives you a loaner car regardless of any warranty which makes life so much easier! I am not hesitant to bring in the car because I know they will provide me a loaner until my car is ready free of charge (and that includes gas!) One of the best service advisors is Tom Miller who has served me for over 10 years faithfully! I was a little worried about buying a car from out of state and doing everything thru email, but I was lucky enough to get Thomas Anderson as my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic to work with and made the experience a very positive one! Leo at Earnhard Lexus is the BEST

This was our first experience with Earnhardt Lexus and they did not disappoint. Leo was our sales person and he was able to help us get into a used Lexus RX350. He was able to turn around a bad situation into a happy one. We originally came there because we were told the car we saw online was available only to find out when we got there that it had just been sold. We were upset because we thought they pulled the old "bait and switch" but Leo and his manager were able to get us into an even better car for an even better deal. They apologized profusely and did their best to rectify the situation. In the end we left extremely pleased and satisfied. We purchased a vehicle there a few weeks ago and it had to be returned unfortunately due to Kia financing and their rules it was an unforeseen circumstance and one we have not had to deal with in all the years we have had Kia's. When we went in today to take our Optima back we were determined to talk to someone and find out what had happened and to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. We were lucky enough to deal with the General Manager and part owner Scott Clark who not only handled us personally but went above and beyond in making sure we had another deal before we left. He kept us up to speed about the details, he didn't leave us hanging for hours, he sent us home instead of making us sit in the waiting room for hours while he worked on financing and he was able to get our payment down to even less than what we were paying with our current new car. He even slipped some goodies in under the radar that I am not allowed to speak of :) He has turned my Kia experience back around from a bad one to a REDEEMABLE one and we will be back to purchase more Kia's in the future. Squeaky Brakes Fixed

Big thanks to San Tan VW for getting the brakes handled! After a few attempts to eliminate the squeal emanating from the front brakes - which resulted in temporary fixes - service advisor Thomas got VW to replace the rotors and pads at no cost while San Tan VW covered the labor. I leased my Prius 2 years ago at Mesa Earnhardt and have had my car serviced with them ever since. They have a great team that is always prompt and courteous and I never feel like I am being sold something I don't need. My air filter was more than if I would have bought it myself, but my busy life doesn't allow time for such things.....so with the dealership doing it I get peace of mind. Peace of mind that I don't have to do it, and most importantly that the job was done correctly by Toyota! Also if you are buying a new or used car this is the dealership to shop. The sales people are not pushy vultures that you can't shake. They are kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. They don't flood my email or my postal mail with junk and sales fodder. As always, my experience was a good one. John McCracken, Parts Manager, provided me with incredible assistance in choosing the right set of tires for my 2010 Tucson. He was very patient as I changed my mind several times about which brand of tire I was going to purchase. John provided numerous options and prices for me to consider, even offering advice as to the attributes and/or shortcomings of certain tires and tread patterns. When I finally settled on the set of tires I wanted, John was able to arrange for their delivery to the dealership for quick installation, as the tires were not in inventory at the time. Brandon Brundridge, Service Advisor, greeted me by name with a handshake when I arrived to have the tires installed. He verified that the tires had been delivered and were ready for installation, estimating the job would take 2 hours. Brandon checked with me in the waiting room after about 45 minutes, to inform me that everything was moving along rapidly. The job was finished in 90 minutes, 30 minutes quicker than expected. Finally, Brandon said goodbye with a handshake and a friendly message that he hoped I enjoyed the new tires and was satisfied with his service.

My husband and I had a great experience at Earnhardt Ford! We came in looking for a Ford Explorer- Chris was extremely knowledgeable and honest about each of our questions about the Explorers. We had our daughter with us and two different employees at the dealership offered her a little stuffed bull- she loved it! And I love that they took the time to be patient and cater to us with our child. We ultimately decided on a 2016 Explorer Sport and were able to get it down to a “No Bull” price that was doable for our family. Before signing papers we noticed a small tear in the stitching of the back seat- Chris and his team didn’t disappoint there either! They scheduled us to bring it back in to fix the stitching. At that appointment we dealt with Houston, he was amazing to deal with as well. He made sure the stitching looked perfect and even had an alignment done per our concern about it pulling. This dealership is finely tuned on the service side. I hand my car in, work with the service provider, receive a nice clean Lexus loaner, and out I go. Returning the vehicle and settling payment is also the same- just as you would want it. Should you need to stick around, the new facility is clean, pleasant and comfortable. While I would give it 5 stars for the above, the best is left for last. Tom Miller has been my service advisor for over 10 years and he is a big part of my reason to keep buying Lexus. My service contact man was Clint and when he came to with the news that I had leaking "shocks" ( I almost went into shock) my Sorento had only 31,000 miles, but I had my trust in him and Earnhardt, so we went ahead and had them replaced. People could have not been more helpful. My car was taken right when I arrived for my appointment. I needed a lot of help with the Navigation and Bluetooth. The receptionist made a phone call and in about 2 minutes Jay Schoeffer came to meet me. He had to get another car like my Tucson with Navigation and Bluetooth. With the patience of a Saint he went through the navigation and I learned a lot. He then went through the Bluetooth, with my many questions. So yes I am VERY HAPPY, and grateful for all the people who helped me. My car was in for Auto Butler, it looked Brand New again. As always, Great service in a timely manner. When I first purchased my Santa Fe Sport I had the clear film on the front end, door sills and rear deck included. I have always used the Quick Lane to change my oil, this time they had a full detail special for $67 dollars.
