I just bought my third Sonata from Dean. This is my first hybrid and I love the car. This is my first experience at this dealership. I started on the internet and then arranged a test drive with Dean. While he pulled the car around I interviewed several people waiting for their cars to be serviced. Those customers have good reviews of the service department and let me know that I wouldn't be forgotten after the sale. Dean have good customer service as well as good personal service with steering to our needs like refilling or water on a 100+ day and sitting and I could easily read his lips as I'm deaf on one ear. The time he spent with us was perfect, long enough to answer or questions and get the paperwork done but not drug or with unnecessary checks with "the manager" to make the deal and hold id's any longer than necessary. This was the fastest I'll ever completed a transaction. When we replace my husband's Santa Fe next year we'll come see Dean.

Outstanding Customer Service!

We just bought a Toyota Tacoma truck through Costco online. After we picked out the truck we wanted we received an email referring us to Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. The next day we received an email from Jason Dunlap with the price of the truck with discounts and asked when we'd like to see the truck. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 11. Jason was ready for us an sooo real. We took a test drive and decided to buy the truck. In talking to my husband and me he realized my husband, having served in the military was totally eligible for a $500 military discount! On top of several other rebates on top of the Costco price. Jason even brought us lunch cause he thought we'd be hungry! Seriously? Yessssssss!!! A couple of hours later we drove off the lot very happy campers with our new truck. Several days later Jason contacted us and said he would pick up the truck and bring it back to our home as he needed to install a security system. I decided to just go to the dealership myself. Upon my arrival Jason Dunlap handed me a $50 gift card to Olive Garden for the inconvenience of me having to come back to the dealership. Really? Oh my gosh and it took maybe 15 minutes of my time and then to my surprise Jason filled the truck up with a full tank of gas!!!! Seriously, Jason went above and beyond the call of duty with us and we are sooo grateful! Can't give Costco Auto, Earnhardt Toyota and Jason a high enough rating! Highly recommended them for a painless experience in buying your next vehicle! Thank you!

I’m taking a moment to write an evaluation of Rodeo Ford. Over the years in reading reviews, I’ve noticed comments from one extreme to the other, just depending on the evaluation of the individual’s experience. No hassel experience!!!

Earnhardt Toyota is the best place to go to buy a Toyota. After i went it it only took 1 hr to complete the whole process. They gave me the discount they promised on phone over the MSRP for 2019 Rav4. All other dealers add accessories and give discount for the same. But Earnhardt Toyota is totally different, they never even mentioned a price for those accessories. Mr. Nigel Narain was very friendly and he took care of all the paper work. I am really surprised by there honesty and practicality. I recommend Mr Nigel Narain whoever want to buy from Earnhardt Toyota.

Great Service

I went in to get my Tundra's rear tire looked at because it had a slow leak. I was pleasantly surprised that the advisor let me know that they would do a leak inspection and if the tire was repairable it would be taken care of free of charge. I've owned my truck for almost 3 years and only has 18K miles, so I wasn't sure if the free repair was due to the warranty or a courtesy. Either way I was happy with the prompt and reliable service. I will continue to be a loyal Earnhardt Toyota customer for life. Thank you!

A very smooth and easy transaction to buy a new car here!!!

I wanted to buy a new 2019 RAV4 hybrid that was just released around the end of April 2019. I found Earnhardt Toyota offering a discount of about $1400 besides the TFS discount of $900 from the MSRP price. When I arrived the dealer, there was no hybrid car available, and the sale person Nigel Narain gave me an offer that he can order one for me with any option I want. The car will be at the dealer in about a month. I decided to put down a deposit of $500 for the car so that it will be reserved for me. When I was informed that the car is available at the dealer, I got the car out of the dealer in less than 2 hours at the price as promised plus sale tax, license fee, and dealer fee. There is no obligation of buying any extra service or parts at the dealer like other dealers such as warranties, window tint, ... This dealer is honest. They don't try to give me more discount at first and then add in service that we don't need to rise back the final price. I would recommend this dealer and this sale person Nigel Narain to everyone who needs to buy a car.

My Jeep had a leaking coolant problem which required immediate attention. Rosemary was my Service Manager and provided excellent service as to my scheduling requirements. She also noticed that the Jeep needed new spark plugs, due to the age of my vehicle. She was able to have my Jeep fixed with the coolant part and spark plug replacements in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. This dealership by far had the best sales reps and management of any of the car dealerships we've been to. Wow! Rodeo KIA is an amazing dealership! Everyone is friendly, knows the KIA product whether in Sales or Service or Finance. Employees treat me with respect and patiently answer my questions so that I understand what is happening under the hood. I have a KIA Soul so I rarely bring it in for service other than an oil change. I appreciate their printout of everything that has been inspected during the visit. I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Although I like 100 miles away, Mike Riley was able to work with me and iron out all the details of the purchase with little effort on my part, including trade-in value and price out the door. Mike made sure the vehicle I saw on their website was available, and my total time @ the dealer was less than 2 hours when I arrived the next day. I was just over 1000 miles due for an oil change and really needed to get one. I was on my way to physical Therapy on Friday and had about 1 &1/2 hours before my appointment. I called Shane at the dealership and he said he could get me taken care of...which he did 👍😊 Anyway I had just completed a 3 different flushes on my Truck and all I needed was the oil change. I arrived and Shane was in the driveway and checked me in...he said to give him an hour which was awesome!!! Anyway I walked across the street to call my Mum with my 2 🐶. About 40 minutes later Shane walked a the street to let me know that my truck was ready to go. I mean who does that...actually comes to find me as he knew where I was and tells you that. The sales department and especially the salesman, Drew Gabler, were accommodating from the first time of contact and let us take our time going over pricing and financing and deciding on the right car without extra pressure. My family has purchased five vehicles from the same person at this dealership. Impeccable in all phases!!! Victor is my car guy (that's right, I have a car guy!). Never any screwing around with pricing or the marked up options and hidden fees you get with other dealers. I found my last car and was in and out in 25 minutes at this location!!! The same with my brother (twice). Obviously, these people are doing something right if a family purchases five vehicles from the same business. Just to give you an idea how good the service is at Peoria Kia: In the past, I went to start my car in my garage and the battery was dead (it happens all the time in the Arizona heat). Peoria Kia actually came and jumped my car, brought it to the dealership, and replaced the battery in under 90 minutes (on a very busy Saturday). They even put it through the car wash!!! Now granted, I live extremely close to this business, but they did not have to step forward like this. This is a super friendly, professional, and honest business. I leased my brand new Tuscon from Earnhardt Hyundai in January this year. Last Friday my A/C stopped working. It was blowing hot air in the midst of the heat wave. I was in and out in a couple of hours. Ron, my salesman, was easy to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable.. I purchased a new Optima EX and it is a fantastic car. After purchasing a used vehicle from another dealership, I needed repair work done before the warranty expired. Update 070219 - since leaving this review I moved to the north valley and tried the "closer" dealer for maintenance. This past week, after several disappointing visits, I returned to Earnhardt Chandler even though it's a 43 mile one way trip rather than a 12 mile trip. It's worth it. Chandler is newer, cleaner, the people more friendly and interested in being there and helping me. Our sales team and dealer representatives really were able to read us and realized where we were in relation to buying a car. There was no pressure, no manipulative conversation, no salesman/boss sidebars that we were made uncomfortable by. Our purchase price was what we felt as fair. Finance department rep was straight forward and very efficient. Highly recommend based on our experience...YMMV...

I was greeted by one of the service staff and he ask for my name, look at the schedule and question if I do have an appointment. Told the man, I do and that my service advisor is Norm. He took me to Norm who happened to be on the phone. Thank the man and waited until Norm is off the phone. Norm was pleasant and gave him the keys, checked my car in and informed me how long it will be. The nicest thing is that the service was so good, they told me that day my battery was low. QuickLane at Earnhardt fabulous

I needed an oil change and tire rotation and also wanted a multi-point inspection to see if my brakes or anything else needed service. There was a huge line at QuickLane but they had several service advisors checking people in. KayLynn checked me in efficiently and politely and gave a clear estimate on wait time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was able to catch up on a little writing, but the wait wasn't as long as predicted. KayLynn gave me an update and answered my questions about the suggestions for the brakes and a few things that came up in the inspection of my dear 201,000+ mile vehicle. She checked with the technician on one of my questions and about another question she asked another service advisor who had been a tech before to double-check on a flagged issue with my vehicle. Both KayLynn and Eric made sure I understood all options for future service of some issues and assured me that I could wait until a later visit on the brakes. My car is happy, me and my family are happy and I was out of there after the efficient, quality, courteous service and able to get so much done with the rest of my day.

When something goes wrong with your car, like the engine decides it’s done for life when you’ve just picked up kids from school and you’re in the middle of an intersection and 45 minutes away from home, you get a little grumpy. But my advisor, Jason White, was amazing. He did such a great job of calming me down and walking me through the steps of what needed to happen next to get everything taken care of. It’s never a good day when your car’s in the shop. And I think Jason really gets that. He knows he’s talking to people on some of their worst days. He’s gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to make sure I was completely taken care of and that all of my stupid questions and concerns were addressed. I was more than a difficult customer on a couple of phone calls/visits while my car was getting fixed. But he was always more patient than I deserved and never let me down, even driving out to my house on his day off to pick up paperwork for the warranty company. We bought a new Expedition in March of 2019. It was a 2018, so we were able to score a great deal on it. The purchasing process through our salesman (Art) was great. From the moment we stepped on the lot, he was a no pressure sort of salesman. Once we worked out a deal, the purchasing process was easy. I had a bit of a delay and bad communication from the bank I chose for financing (did not finance through dealership), but everyone at the dealership was very patient and accommodating while I sorted out the issues with the bank. After we had the car for a couple of weeks, we had a fault in the transmission (obviously covered under warranty). The folks at the dealership were super helpful in the whole process from picking me up from the side of the highway, to providing a great loaner car (also an Expedition but a better trim package than the one I bought) through to daily updates about the status of my vehicle. To top it off, they provided a year's worth of free car washes for my trouble. I'm sure there are people who could dwell on negatives here, but really, they did absolutely everything they could to be accommodating. If we still live in the area when it is time for a different new/used car, I know the first place I am heading!

We have 3 Kia Souls in the family; all being serviced by Earnhardt Kia. The Kia dealership we purchased 2 from has a less than exemplary service dept; we found that out when one of the a/c units went out and the part it needed was still under warranty. After getting told by the other dealer there wasnt an issue (the thing was blowing hot) we went to Earnhardt and they immediately acknowledged the compressor was out, replaced it at no cost and they have been servicing our cars since. Just had a great experience for my in-laws purchasing a new Escalade from Brad Burnham there at Earnhardt Cadillac. I've known Brad for many years and have had the opportunity to purchase a number of cars from Brad, and I've always felt good about the whole process when we're done. Brad gets you the best deal he can and he works tirelessly to make sure it just the right car for you. Recently, my in-laws were coming into Phoenix from out of town, and wanted to look at trading in their 2013 Escalade for a newer one. I let Brad know what they were looking for, he found several good options before they arrived, and sent us those options. He had the cars ready to view and test drive when they arrived at the dealer and were able to get them into the new car within a couple hours. I was just over 1000 miles due for an oil change and really needed to get one. I was on my way to physical Therapy on Friday and had about 1 &1/2 hours before my appointment. I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler Trim and had been to 10 dealers in a week. I should have skipped right to Earnhardt. It's nice to have advertised discounted prices on the website instead of just MRSP. Kendra was the best dealer I've met. She knows all the vehicles on the lot as well as other vehicles she could obtain if needed. Her communication is excellent (text, email, or call). I have been a loyal Earnhardt Lexus service customer for more than 15 years -- and I have always been extremely pleased with the customer care Heather Fiaschi and her predecessor Dean Brendon have provided. Sales & Leasing Consultant Leo Suhargo was over-the-top exceptional, from start-to-finish.He continually went out of his way to provide the information I needed quickly and efficiently, without pressuring me to make a decision. I have been using the Quicklane service for several years for my Supercrew F150, and always receive professional, courteous and friendly service. On my last visit, spoke with Diondre in the Quicklane service, and pre-ordered 4 new Pirelli tires for my truck, and dropped off my truck the next day for installation and 4-wheel alignment, plus my oil/filter change. They did find one bad tie rod that had seized and had that replaced, also got the wash and polish wax service (fyi - the basic car wash does not work for me since my truck is black and water stains/spots make it look dirty). The only improvement I would recommend is making sure to wipe down excess oil around oil filter housing to prevent small oil stains in your garage/driveway. Overall, I definitely recommend the Quicklane service and all service advisors, they do a great job. Thank you Diondre for getting my truck completed and properly serviced.

Mike our sale coordinator was truly professional, knowledgeable, patient, person who guided us through selecting and purchasing our new Chevrolet Colorado pickup. I really enjoyed my experience at Earnhardt Honda. About a month prior, I visited Arrowhead Honda (which I literally live right across the street from). They were TERRIBLE! The guy actually threw our keys across the room. Anyway, I was a little traumatized from the experience since this was only my second time getting a car. I finally decided to visit Earnhardt Honda (quite a drive from us, considering) and I don't regret it at all. Alex was our sales rep and Michael was our finance guy. Both were amazing. Took my car here to have them check it out after having every single other Hyundai dealer in the area basically tell me they couldn't find any issue and refused to help me so I was admittedly a bit annoyed when I first came in.
