Great experience start to finish

We worked with Farid Khan on the purchase of a new Hyundai Tucson. He was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely easy to work with throughout the deal. We don't love the car buying process, but this was as good as it gets. We also appreciated the assistance of Tony Femiano as we put the final numbers together. Jesse is the best service advisor I have ever had in my life with any dealer! He really cares about customers and I trust his advise. He is a model of true customer service! Brought car in for 60k service and a full detail great service, car ready on time. Gave me a full detailed report. Also fixe a vin cover that came loose at no cost. December 2019 update: I continue to be impressed with the care from the service department, and appreciate their willingness to always find a way to work me into the schedule. The professionalism of Service Manager Joel and his team is the #1 reason this will always be my dealer of choice for any GM or Chevy product. Original review from 2013: Outstanding no-hassle sales experience that deservedly earned our business over all the other competing dealers. From Sales Manager Chad to Lot Attendant JJ, everyone was great. Follow up visits to service to address minor issues (TPMS programming and crossed thread on aftermarket wheel) were handled efficiently, as well. Very impressed with the willingness of both sales and service to schedule and honor appointment times that are convenient for the customer.

My nearly new white, bright.. Tucson Sport was delivered back to me as good as new after being 'repaired' by the good folks over at Earnhardt Auto Body (Gilbert). I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a repair on the Air Conditioning Blower Motor. When I arrived, I was told that soon there would be a recall on said part. Letters would soon be sent out. I was given a rental Camry because "it could take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for the recalled part to arrive at the dealership ". Long story short, I was called the very next day and was told that my truck was ready to go. Great job Robert (new guy), at Earnhardt Toyota. You are great!!! 😊😊😊

I have been going Earnhardt Lexus for close to a year now, and I must say that their service is unmatched. Typically service departments are not anyone’s favorite chore, but from the moment you drive in, everything is so hassle free. Drop off your car, take a loaner, and go on with your day. F150 purchase

Purchased a 2018 F150 and then proceeded to introduce relatives to the sales staff and they purchased one also. The F150 follows a 2016 F250 we purchased from Earnhardt in December 2017. I was impressed with the dealership, staff, and business practices the first time and was not disappointed this time. Its obvious the staff is professional, clear in negotiations, and interested in putting you in the right vehicle. We are winter visitors and we will continue to purchase from this dealership.

Rodeo Ford’s quick service facility in Goodyear proved to be a model for fast and attentive automotive service. My appointment was set within 24 hours of my request and there was no waiting or delay on my arrival. I've always had great service at Earnhardts. From buying a new vehicle to service to auto body shop. Tammie has always taken great care of me and my oil changed and tire rotations. She goes out of her way to make it a quick, efficient, but complete process. Always keeps me informed. Randy F set up an appointment, kept me fairly well informed of the work with my car, when there was an issue with the rental car he took care of it immediately and then have me a through report of what they had to do. Everyone makes the process painless. Even the cashiers are accommodating and helpful.

Like most people, my experiences in the past with car dealerships have not been good mostly because typically the buying process, especially when you are looking online, can be misleading. I reached out to the sales manager to confirm pricing on the website before going in to the dealership and he had no problem doing so. He was even able to give me an out the door price before even stepping foot into the dealership. I felt comfortable during the entire process and everyone I spoke too was very friendly and applied no pressure. This was not the typical car buying experience and that is a great thing. I would say I rarely hand out 5 star reviews but in this case, I would strongly recommend this dealership. A follow up a month later.... I have no had my vehicle for about a month and although it is not time for my first oil change yet, I did go back in to the dealership regarding a chip on the lip of the hood I found while detailing the vehicle. Considering the location of the small chip, I did feel this was already there when I purchased the vehicle. Not only did the maintenance team (in conjunction with my sales rep (Ed Fuhs) take care of this for me by filling in the chip, they also buffed out the front of the hood and replaced the lining around the doors that was starting to come loose. I am EXTREMELY impressed with this dealership so far and again, would strongly recommend.

I purchased my 2015 ES350 from Earnhardt Lexus and sales rep David Bader. David was excellent throughout the entire purchase process. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my vehicle and very thorough on explaining the operation of all items. I have been bringing my car to Earnhardt for service since I purchased it. Electrical Issue Solved!

As a proud owner of a brand new 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited Sport S. I unfortunately was experiencing some issues with the battery. I found myself having to take it in a few times to get looked at, after a little trial and error it was finally resolved. I'm very happy with the Darren and the Service Department! Incredible customer service! I was greeted with a kind face in a Thrasher hoodie (you know who you are), who was able to connect me to my service provider Jessie in a timely manner. Service representative, Jessie, is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend if you get the option. I could not ask for a better experience working with him. He gave me hope when I had none (a part was not covered under warranty). I am 100% happy with my overall experience at this Honda location. We bought our new F150 mid afternoon on Black Friday. Not the preferred date choice but our schedule made it the best we could do. I contacted the dealership by internet friday morning, got a call back from Aimee Deen very quickly, set an appointment time (we were a bit late), she greeted us personally, handed us over JP Ha and we drove out about 3 hours later with a higher end truck but at exactly the same price we expected to spend when we walked in. We didn't see a customer or salesperson with anything less than a smile on their face the entire time we were there, I attribute that in large part to a management team that must place customer service at the highest priority. They don't know it yet but they've already sold me my next Ford... someday...down the line....

Earnhardt Ford really stepped up to the plate with the Takata Airbag issue. They provided me with a rental car during the waiting period, and then provided excellent service when the replacement parts did come in. I'm sure they were overwhelmed taking care of all the vehicles at once, but always had a smile and a good word for their customers. They even brought the large bag of dog food that I left in the rental to my repaired car with a smile. Wonderful customer service!

We had a great experience at the dealership. We had done most of the finance stuff prior to arrival so the process went even smoother than anticipated. We ended up getting a 2018 Tucson for my wife, and 2019 Accent for my daughter. Both salesmen were extremely helpful and showed us all the features & benefits of both vehicles. The magic really happened in Finance where we met Aaron. He was very communicative on both deals, and even got us a lower payment with another bank. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and painless experience. These are cars 18 & 19 for me so I can speak from experience. My family has purchased five vehicles from the same person at this dealership. Impeccable in all phases!!! Victor is my car guy (that's right, I have a car guy!). Never any screwing around with pricing or the marked up options and hidden fees you get with other dealers. I found my last car and was in and out in 25 minutes!!! That was five years ago! Just to give you an idea how good these people are: I recently went to start my car in my garage and the battery was dead. Peoria Kia actually came and jumped my car, brought it to the dealership, and replaced the battery in under 90 minutes (on a very busy Saturday). They even put it through the car wash. Now granted, I live extremely close to this business, but they did not have to step forward like this. Super friendly, honest, and professional staff.

For three years running I brought my explorer into be serviced, and about 99% of the time everything was great. Just one time I had a thief of two 40 cal with ammo clips taken out of my consaul. I was to be repaid about 80 some dollars for the loss. I never got a check or the merchandise replaced.

This dealership is not the closest to me but I bring my Santa Fe to them anyway for service because they are always helpful. The only major thing they could do better is be a bit faster, and maybe give a bit more feedback on to how long it will take. They offered to give me a free oil change, but when I went back the guy who offered it no longer worked there, and left no notes about it....BUT they still gave it to me anyway, that is really good customer service, treating the customer right. Update to my review.....5 years later..... Got a good surprise today. Usually car dealers have a reputation for being greedy and abusive, and I have dealt with a few that were very bad. But about 4 months ago I bought a new car from Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale. They gave me more for my trade than it was worth, and gave me the really low price I asked for on the new vehicle. We made the deal happen fast and easy, I have purchased many new vehicles and this is the first time I basically wrote my own deal and they just simply said yes. I was very happy with the deal and I told many people about it. Well now today I checked the mail and I was shocked I received the check for $500 from them because it appears they were able to get an additional $500 from the manufacturer in rebates and instead of keeping it and making more profit they actually sent it to me which is basically unheard of in this industry. I am very impressed and will be recommending this company to my friends. It is much better than any of my previous new car purchases.

Alex and Garrett were fantastic. Garrett helped us out when we first arrived. The Genesis G70's had just arrived at the dealership, and these were the only ones in Arizona. Garrett walked us to the rear of the dealership where the cars were still awaiting inspection. He took the extra step to research other colors that were set to arrive in AZ and even offered to drive us out to pick it up. When Alex, the Genesis expert, became available, he took over for Garrett and walked us back out to the G70's. We ultimately decided to purchase a car that was on the lot. Garrett checked in on us while Alex was getting the paperwork together. Alex spent several hours with us while walking us through the process. We never felt pressured to buy the car. It was a pretty relaxed experience all the way around. After the car was purchased, Alex thoroughly explained all of the car's bells and whistles and said he would meet with me when I returned for the window tinting to answer any new questions I might have. If you are in the market for a Genesis, I strongly recommend San Tan Hyundai (Earnhardt Genesis). It was probably the easiest, lowest pressure car buying experience we've had in our 40 years of purchasing cars.

After chatting online I was immediately called by Heather about my A/C issue. Heather was great and got me in first thing in the morning. Heather knew exactly what the issue was and was honest and told me it would take most of the day, so she provided me with a loaner. Took the time to troubleshoot and repair problem that the dealer where vehicle was purchased, ARROWHEAD Cadillac, did not address or attempt to repair. In past had purchased 2 vehicles from Earnhardt and found their service to be top notch. The drive there is over an hour whereas to Arrowhead, its only 20 minutes. Like most people, my experiences in the past with car dealerships have not been good mostly because typically the buying process, especially when you are looking online, can be misleading. I reached out to the sales manager to confirm pricing on the website before going in to the dealership and he had no problem doing so. He was even able to give me an out the door price before even stepping foot into the dealership. I felt comfortable during the entire process and everyone I spoke too was very friendly and applied no pressure. This was not the typical car buying experience and that is a great thing. I have been dealing with Earnhardt for over 15 years and have been satisfied with the service and the way I was treated. If there was a problem it was taken care of pretty quickly. Last week I went in to have my 2012 Fusion fixed as I could not open driver's door from the inside. After I set up the appointment I went to rent a car. I had no intention of purchasing a car, much less a new one. While waiting for Enterprise to go get a car for me Ron (who I have worked with several times because he is fair, understanding, friendly, professional, and cares about wanting to please the customer). We talked about my car and the fact of me getting a new one, which I haven't had since I've been in AZ He said my interest rate could go from 23% to 9%, so I decided to chat with him about this. Derrick then came over, introduced himself and also wanted to help. Although I have not worked with him before I was pleased with the way he treated me, and very willing to help. Ron and Derrick are a good team as they work will with each other. They both searched for a car that I wanted- white with tan interior, and some extras. The first one they showed me I did not like as there were no extras. Derrick then went out to search for one he knew I would like, and he was right. It had just enough extras for me and I was very happy with it (it drove so smooth and had good pickup ) and finally enjoyed being able to get a new car. They both spent a lot of time with me and helping with anything they could. The best part of the deal is that my monthly payment did not increase, even with Gap and extended warranty. Lorin is the best! So laid back and accommodating, he explains all the car's features in real world language, not to mention all the cool things he personally uses (and has real opinions on). No high pressure sales tactics, just "here's our cool car, does it work for you?" Nothing is fast when it comes to filling out car paperwork, but the team at SanTan VW made it easy and comfortable (lots of snacks and explanations when requested). I made an appointment to have the transmission serviced on my Expedition. While there I mentioned that the front wheels shake a little when going about 65 mph. Amanda, my service advisor, discussed this issue with me and recommended an inspection of the front end. It was done and Amanda and I discussed the results and checked the wear of the front end components. We agreed that, to start out with repairs, the front and rear shocks with associated components need to be replaced. But the time I had available to accomplish this work seemed too short to me since I needed to leave for San Diego the next day in the evening. Amanda guaranteed that the car would be ready the next day for my trip. I concurred to have the work done and the car was ready as promised. What a difference in dealerships. Head west on Bell Road and that dealer’s service department is constantly trying to sell something at higher prices. “You need new wiper blades,” and I say, “Can I show my receipt from three months ago?” I say I got a fuel service from a 40 year old local southwest chain for $250 less than you the dealer and they say, “You get what you pay for.” Those are actual incidents. Now head to Rodeo Hyundai. I’d had a routine oil change at my local chain where I've been going for 13 years, (which the Bell Road dealer almost demands I do with them or risk warranty problems.) Chain said they saw a small transmission fluid seep. Brought it to Justin at Rodeo and he said it was overfilled but fine. Did a full checkup.Here’s your bill. $0. No up-sell pressure, friendly and direct and made me feel assured the car is fine. That was Justin. He understood that for routine stuff, it’s closer and easier for me to drive two miles for a slightly less costly oil change than 14 miles. I’m retired and watch my pennies. It’s a respected chain. For the big stuff it will now be Rodeo and Justin. Pleasant service and no hard sell. Thanks.

Yesterday I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab 4x2 with the 5.7L V8 in the True Blue Pearlcoat. I worked with salesman Cole Avenetti at this location. Prior to shopping there, I had HORRIBLE experiences at other valley Dodge/Ram dealerships where they told me an out-the-door price before coming down and then tried to tack on thousands of dollars worth of hidden fees once I told them I was putting half down (they don't say it on their site but apparently with the other dealerships if you're putting more than 10% down they take away many of the discounts/rebates) and on top of that tried to get me to take a 9.49% APR because I was a first-time lender on a brand new vehicle and that excluded me from the "well qualified buyer", despite saying that nowhere on the disclaimers. I can say that I dealt with absolutely none of that shady sales tactics or money shuffling garbage at Earnhardt. Cole was absolutely amazing in working me up an out-the door price beforehand since I lived across the valley, which ended up being about $900 less when I got down there because he had done some of his early estimations high. He worked this out for me knowing that I was bringing in my own financing through my bank, who had approved me for 4.8%. He was extremely personable and friendly, made sure I met the service crew and everyone I would be dealing with during future visits. Explained every aspect of the truck in great detail and broke down every step of the new vehicle buying process for me in a way that was simple. I can honestly say that this was a night and day difference from my experiences at the other dealerships. At no point did I feel like just a number like I did at one dealership with the initials B.L., I felt like a valued customer at Earnhardt. It's hard now days to go into a sales environment and just be treated like a human. I will happily be referring all of my friends and family to this location, giving them Cole's direct contact info and even though it was a 2.5 hour drive, it is well worth the drive when I find myself in the market for another truck or Dodge/Ram family product. 2018 Kia Soul Plus

I have owned multiple Toyotas. All 4 of my Toyota vehicles have used Earnhardt for service. They have always taken wonderful care of me, even though none of those 4 vehicles were purchased at their dealership. Over the years I have experienced wonderful customer service, excellent communication, good deals at times on items like tires (cheaper than Costco & Walmart!) and trust regarding what my vehicles needed. While I have always been a fan of their service department, I was never able to get them to write what I felt was a "good deal" and purchased vehicles elsewhere. Last week, I was considering trading my Honda Odyssey in for a Toyota Sienna - the reason I ended up in the Honda was because I got a much better deal for that purchase. I have always wanted to be back in a Toyota van, and I reached out to Earnhardt. I was fortunate enough to have Shane answer that phone call. I have three children under the age of three - my 3 year old, 10 mo old and a 7 mo old foster child. I explained to Shane what I was looking to accomplish with as little time as possible in the dealership due to the kiddos. Shane took my call seriously ( as another dealer did not!) and jumped into action, securing me a fantastic deal. He never pressured me once. He was friendly, knowledgable and all around awesome. Anyone looking for a vehicle MUST go see Shane!!! I have purchased MANY vehicles in my 25 years of driving history - I have only ever felt compelled to write a review on a salesman one other time. I am one of those people that just dreads car buying. I think, unless you are extremely wealthy, car buying is always stressful. Thanks to the Earnhardt Service Mechanic who finally fixed my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. I had taken the vehicle in many times in the past and the issue with the Air Conditioner was finally fixed. The Air Conditioner Would all of a sudden just start blowing air out of the bottom heater vents. It was finally determined to be the actuating Solenoids that operate the Blending Doors. I've had my 2013 Hyundai Genesis serviced at Rodeo Hyundai twice. The first was for an oil/filter change. The service rep work with me and even found a $10.00 off coupon for me that I didn't know was available. The oil change was quickly done and the inspection was thorough. The second service time was for a 60,000 mile check up. The service rep worked with me to determine exactly what needed to be done. Some items like tire rotations were performed by the store where I purchased the tires and didn't need to be duplicated. There was a question about the transmission servicing. A nice surprise

I have a 2013 XTS and the locks on the drivers door no longer worked. My husband just got our of the hospital and I had to have a car at all times. They delivered a loaner to the house and picked it up when the car was done. I had been quoted a cost of $450 and expected that because I have learned that all work on a Cadillac is expensive. I brought my car in for a recall item from Kia last month. Then they sent me a survey. Filled it out and they sent me a free oil change voucher. I was pleasantly surprised and took it in for the oil change and to my surprise it included a tire rotation as well. They accommodated me with a ride to work and even picked me up and brought me back. This is the Best Dealership to do business with. My Service Advisor even greets me by my name when he sees me. My wife and I went into Earnhardt Toyota on Memorial Day. The place was spotless and they had coffee, donuts and popcorn available. We met with the sales Manager Joe Masiello. I had gone to two other Kia dealerships with horrible experiences at both. I was hesitant to go to another especially since this one was quite a drive for me. We had been talking to internet sales associate Steven for a week prior to going to the dealership. We had told him which car we wanted and we made sure with him the car would be available at the price advertised before we would make the trip down there. Steven assured that this would happen. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership and had the most incredible experience. There was truly no haggling and BS when buying my 2019 Sorento LX. I had no idea that my car would still be covered by the factory warranty and that it was transferable to me.
