Best Birthday Ever!

I highly recommend this dealer and these cars! Brad Burnham was personable, knowledgable and very easy to work with. The negotiations went smoothly, and he was not pushy at all. In fact, he went way above and beyond by delivering the car to our house with a bow on it. He then waited patiently on the street for the big surprise and then showed our daughter all the car functions. We've been so impressed with the Tucson and the amount of car you get for the money. Drives well and is loaded with safety functions. Our daughter absolutely loves it.

Great experience, start to finish.

Wandered into the dealership on a Monday afternoon and picked up the car on Tuesday. Dealt with Brad Burnham and Sales Manager Tony Femiano. Excellent service. Brad spent over an hour with me on Monday walking me through the car's features (a new Genesis G80 Sport) and out on a test drive. I came focused on that particular model and they had a number of options available for me. By the time I returned home they had identified a car that fit my parameters perfectly and offered significant discounts and included trading in two cars that I wanted to offload. The collection of the car was easy (complete with a bow on the car in the prep area) with a quick but thorough review of the car's key features. And the general paperwork process was smooth (even allowing for the 30 or so documents that required signature!) with no pressure to sign up for extra "stuff". All in, a smooth and pleasant process!

I'm very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Hyundai Rodeo in Surprise. I was able to get my car in for service last minute and was done within an hour. Rigo was very pleasant and helpful. He provided updates while I waited and went over my bill in detail. Their sales reps were very nice as well. I wandered into the sales floor to check out the newer models and did so without feeling pressured. The reps were available for questions and were very friendly.

I’m a fresh bankruptcy case. My credit had gotten abused before I could even use it. I cane in with the intention of only inquiring about a more updated vehicle because the one I have I’m paying more than what it’s worth. I was looking for something more reliable because I have a young daughter. I spoke with Jeremy and Matthew mostly but everyone there was pleasant and welcoming. I wasted a gull day at the Honda dealer a little ways up the road so I was skeptical at first. After being turned away. Matthew stopped me on the way out saying he heard my situation and wanted to explain a few things to me on how this bankruptcy thing works as far as getting a new vehicle. Was there for no more than 4 hrs and I was able to get a good deal. The car is not brand new however it’s a staring point to start rebuilding my credit. I’m saving 200 a month compared to my other car payment and also I’m now able to afford full coverage. Jeremy snd Matthew really helped me out and their customer service was AMAZING. I’m ever so grateful that I chose to walk in that day. The cars body has no damage to it and the interior is extremely clean. The tires are brand new and everything on the inside works. Thanks so much. You’ve definitely gained a customer.

Upon arrival was greeted. They went above when said could get my cracked windshield replace at the same time, I was in for oil change. I love this kind of service. After having not such a great experience at other dealerships, we decided to check out San Tan Hyundai. We weren’t too familiar with Hyundai so we were surprised to see the features the cars come with. Jimmy the sales associate was really helpful in getting us the deal we wanted on my first new car. Always Great Service

My Partner and I have been leasing our cars from this Honda dealership for over 10 yrs. The service dept has always been ran with efficiency and courtesy. Even down to Auto Butler, they treat my car as if it is their own. After servicing the car looks and runs just like new off the lot. The household has been coming here for 10 yrs and we have never had a reason to think otherwise. The dealership and service are stellar!

I took my car in for 90K mile check

I took my 2013 Lexus in for its 90K mile service. My service manager, Rick Johnson, answered all my questions (as usual). I have worked with Rick on the service of my car since I purchased it. He is very professional and knowledgeable. There was no up-sell to get something I didn't need like I have experienced with other Lexus dealers. Dropped off my 2018 RAM 2500 with Joshua. I had limited time and needed an oil and fuel filter change. The check engine light had just also come on. Took my truck in because it was making weird noises from the suspension. Although I had to wait a while for a suspension tech to work on a Saturday it ended up being alright. My service advisor Aaron Beck was amazing. He was extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. He explained everything to me and was okay when I told him I couldn’t do all that was recommended. I came in with intrest of trading my vehicle for a newer one the sales person Mike Corado was a big help to me in making the transition as smooth as possible I really appreciate the detail he gave me about how every thing would go. Days ago the General Manager of Rodeo Ford reached out to me about my buying experience. Alex was quick to understand my frustration, take ownership while explaining what went wrong and politely asked to make it right. I have purchased many cars and I have never seen a GM take that much care in one deal. When I arrived he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He handled the details himself and paired me with Jason and Tony when he was busy with other clients. All three employees were fantastic. They worked with me on a deal I was happy with. I was a difficult customer and was treated very well during my experience. I returned early to an appointment and my salesman was not yet in, another salesman immediately stepped in to help. The business office was similarly helpful, with little of the upwelling one normally experiences. They were upfront with the actual invoices etc and made the experience as easy as possible. Once I had made my final choice, I drove it home less than 2 hours later which astounded me, I was expecting at the minimum, to collect it the next day.

There was a chance my car would have had to be kept overnight but he understood my concern about needing my car the next day. Went in for service on my 2019 Santa Fe and ended up leaving later that day with a 2020 Palisade Limited. Jonathan and I talk every time I'm getting my vehicle and my wife's vehicle serviced and I asked him to take a look at the Palisade since I hadn't seen one in person. Jonathan, Tony, and Ian were able to work out a deal where I got a lower interest rate and kept my payment the same while getting into an amazing vehicle I never thought I could afford. Wow, where do I start off with Earnhardt Kia? I was in the market for a new vehicle, specifically looking for the new 2020 Kia Telluride SX. I came across Earnhardt online due to their inventory having EXACTLY what I wanted, luckily. With this vehicle being the last one in Arizona for a while, I took a chance and contacted Earnhardt Kia via email and was connected with a very professional and awesome internet sales manager by the name of Maryann. She kept me updated about the status of the vehicle each and every day, she not only went above and beyond to keep in contact with me EVEN when she got sick, but she took pictures of the vehicle for me both inside and out and the window sticker price. While she was out, John was able to assist me and help in any way he could while she was out. She was straight forward with information but detailed about other things that grabbed my interest in the Telluride. Once I got there, she instantly took me to her desk and we went over some information. Then she suggested that I go for a test drive. I didn't even have to ask, she was the one that suggested it which was awesome. Very descriptive about the vehicle and everything that it had to offer. There was never pressure from Maryann to buy this vehicle, nor did she try and sneak in add ons to it that I didn't ask for unlike previous dealers I've gone to. Everything was quick, easy, and to the point. She truly is the best dealer that I've worked with when it has come to buying a new car. Recently purchased a used 2016 Ford F-150 from Earnhardt Chrysler. My experience was great, with Angel Ramirez as my sales person and I felt like I received a good deal on the Truck. But here's where the story gets good. About 10 days after purchasing the vehicle, the sun roof malfunctioned and would not seal shut. I took it back to the dealership fully expecting that would have to take the gloves out and fight to have it fixed. I couldn't have been more wrong, sales arranged for the service department to inspect the sun roof and informed me they would be taking care of the issue. They made the repairs at zero cost to me! What's more is that the repairs were rather costly with parts and labor, but Earnhardt totally took care of it. I would recommend the Earnhardt group to anyone who asks and will be car shopping here in the future.

We bought a Hyundai Tucson at San Tan Hyundai from Taylor Carter. Taylor was very helpful and accommodating. We first intended to purchase a 2019 model, but a 2020 model was made available at a very reasonable price. Taylor was away serving in the Army Reserve when the car arrived, so the sales manager took me through a very thorough introduction to the features of the Ultimate model. He asked that I contact Taylor when he returned from his Reserve weekend to set up the Blue Link feature. There was a problem getting it set up (not Taylor's fault), and Taylor took the time to investigate and get it corrected. I told Taylor that I would call him again after trying it if It still didn't work. He asked that I call him regardless so it could ease his mind that it was corrected. All was fine. My wife and I were in Colorado for an extended vacation when we had troubles with aftermarket tires and wheels due to road construction. Cadillac assistance towed my vehicle to a local Cadillac dealership which was totally stymied regarding what to do with these tires and wheels. I contacted my salesman, Chris Scherff who went to work immediately to address these problems from back in Scottsdale. Chris got Larry Appleby involved and between Chris and Larry, they had a wheel shipped to Colorado and arranged for a Colorado tire supplier to deliver the tires to the Colorado dealership. They then instructed me to send pictures of the new tire mounting to them so they could insure that the vehicle would be safe to drive back to Arizona. Once back in Arizona, Larry Appleby had alterations done and replaced two tires to insure that my car was safe and operating properly. Because I had purchased tire and wheel insurance, and because Larry Appleby had the tires replaced at the expense of Earnhardt Cadillac, the entire incident was at very little cost to me. The peace of mind we experienced due to Chris and Larry's involvement cannot be overstated.

My AC was intermittently blowing hot air instead of cold air. I took my car to Earnhardt Buick GMC and even though they could not duplicate the problem, they had an idea that it could be the sensor. We were out of town from California and we ended up getting a nail/screw in sidewall of tire. We were leaving the next day to go home and we needed a new tire because we had the platinum tire warranty. We called them at 430 and they closed at 6:00. My 7 year old Optima is starting to feel her age. Thank God for Kia’s amazing warranty and for Earnhardt’s incredible service advisor, Jason White! I’ve needed two major repairs on my car that left me stranded 45 miles away from home - midweek, places to be, things to do...to say the least, I was not in my best form on those days when I picked up the phone to call Kia. Jason was there both times to help me through the entire process - helping me with the tow, the warranty stuff, the rental...everything. He made what I was expecting to be a horrible ordeal, not that bad. No one wants their car to break down 45 miles from home. But if the worst should happen, ask for Jason! He went above and beyond to make my bad days better. When he could’ve just treated me like another name on a list, he didn’t. He worked his butt off and was way more patient with me and my million questions than I deserved. He’s also great for the regular stuff too, always making sure I remember my oil changes and filters and all that! All of the Earnhardt Kia service advisors and technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure or dealing with over the years have been great! They’re all down-to-earth and treat you like family. We have been going to Earnhardt's for over 25 years for both cars and mostly for their service. Rosemary Serna has been our service aisle person for so long we consider her to be family. We told Earnhardt's that when it comes time for her to retire, they better have someone trained to be as good to their customers as Rosie is or risk losing us as customers. She is so good that I don't take my cars anywhere else for any service other than tires. We travel over 20 miles one way even for oil changes. She knows my cars so well, she lets us know when we are coming up on normal maintenance items. It must work as my Dodge Charger has more than 250K miles on the ODO and it runs like a top.

I have purchased many cars in my years. I bought the 2018 Kia Rio Sport last June. Love it. I drive the 17 and the 101 everyday. All the time. My worst fear is having my car break down. Hence the reason why I buy brand new. Leaving for work at 6:30 am , car dies on 51st ave. I was able to get a Kia courtesy tow. Once there I was checked in already. We just bought a 2019 Honda Civic Sport. We weren't in the market to buy anything as of yet but in the near future. We were greeted by the Receptionist who was very professional and very kind. I just bought my third Sonata from Dean. This is my first hybrid and I love the car. This is my first experience at this dealership. I started on the internet and then arranged a test drive with Dean. While he pulled the car around I interviewed several people waiting for their cars to be serviced. Those customers have good reviews of the service department and let me know that I wouldn't be forgotten after the sale. Dean have good customer service as well as good personal service with steering to our needs like refilling or water on a 100+ day and sitting and I could easily read his lips as I'm deaf on one ear. The time he spent with us was perfect, long enough to answer or questions and get the paperwork done but not drug or with unnecessary checks with "the manager" to make the deal and hold id's any longer than necessary. We just bought a Toyota Tacoma truck through Costco online. After we picked out the truck we wanted we received an email referring us to Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. The next day we received an email from Jason Dunlap with the price of the truck with discounts and asked when we'd like to see the truck. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 11. Jason was ready for us an sooo real. We took a test drive and decided to buy the truck. In talking to my husband and me he realized my husband, having served in the military was totally eligible for a $500 military discount! On top of several other rebates on top of the Costco price. Jason even brought us lunch cause he thought we'd be hungry! Seriously? Yessssssss!!! A couple of hours later we drove off the lot very happy campers with our new truck. Several days later Jason contacted us and said he would pick up the truck and bring it back to our home as he needed to install a security system. I decided to just go to the dealership myself. Upon my arrival Jason Dunlap handed me a $50 gift card to Olive Garden for the inconvenience of me having to come back to the dealership. Really? Oh my gosh and it took maybe 15 minutes of my time and then to my surprise Jason filled the truck up with a full tank of gas!!!! Earnhardt Toyota is the best place to go to buy a Toyota. After i went it it only took 1 hr to complete the whole process. They gave me the discount they promised on phone over the MSRP for 2019 Rav4. All other dealers add accessories and give discount for the same. But Earnhardt Toyota is totally different, they never even mentioned a price for those accessories. Mr. Nigel Narain was very friendly and he took care of all the paper work. Great Service

I went in to get my Tundra's rear tire looked at because it had a slow leak. I was pleasantly surprised that the advisor let me know that they would do a leak inspection and if the tire was repairable it would be taken care of free of charge. I've owned my truck for almost 3 years and only has 18K miles, so I wasn't sure if the free repair was due to the warranty or a courtesy. Either way I was happy with the prompt and reliable service. A very smooth and easy transaction to buy a new car here!!!

I wanted to buy a new 2019 RAV4 hybrid that was just released around the end of April 2019. I found Earnhardt Toyota offering a discount of about $1400 besides the TFS discount of $900 from the MSRP price. When I arrived the dealer, there was no hybrid car available, and the sale person Nigel Narain gave me an offer that he can order one for me with any option I want. The car will be at the dealer in about a month. I decided to put down a deposit of $500 for the car so that it will be reserved for me. When I was informed that the car is available at the dealer, I got the car out of the dealer in less than 2 hours at the price as promised plus sale tax, license fee, and dealer fee. There is no obligation of buying any extra service or parts at the dealer like other dealers such as warranties, window tint, ... This dealer is honest. They don't try to give me more discount at first and then add in service that we don't need to rise back the final price. I would recommend this dealer and this sale person Nigel Narain to everyone who needs to buy a car.

My Jeep had a leaking coolant problem which required immediate attention. Rosemary was my Service Manager and provided excellent service as to my scheduling requirements. She also noticed that the Jeep needed new spark plugs, due to the age of my vehicle. Made an appointment on a Tuesday to test drive a specific car the following Saturday. I was just over 1000 miles due for an oil change and really needed to get one. I was on my way to physical Therapy on Friday and had about 1 &1/2 hours before my appointment. I called Shane at the dealership and he said he could get me taken care of...which he did 👍😊 Anyway I had just completed a 3 different flushes on my Truck and all I needed was the oil change. I arrived and Shane was in the driveway and checked me in...he said to give him an hour which was awesome!!! Anyway I walked across the street to call my Mum with my 2 🐶. About 40 minutes later Shane walked a the street to let me know that my truck was ready to go. I mean who does that...actually comes to find me as he knew where I was and tells you that.
