Good dealership experience

We're new customers to Earnhardt, and as one of the larger high volume dealership chains in the valley we expected high pressure sales tactics, etc. Instead the atmosphere was relaxed and the negotiations went rapidly and to our satisfaction. Our salesman Wally was easy going and let us experience the car for ourselves - a pleasure working with him. We had a minor service item causing us to return to the dealership once a part arrived. They expedited the part delivery and our service contact LeeAnn was friendly and got us through the service very quickly and ahead of schedule. The atmosphere at Earnhardt Kia is good and we wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Best car buying experience to date!!!

Our sales team and dealer representatives really were able to read us and realized where we were in relation to buying a car. There was no pressure, no manipulative conversation, no salesman/boss sidebars that we were made uncomfortable by. Our purchase price was what we felt as fair. Finance department rep was straight forward and very efficient. Highly recommend based on our experience...YMMV...

I was greeted by one of the service staff and he ask for my name, look at the schedule and question if I do have an appointment. Told the man, I do and that my service advisor is Norm. He took me to Norm who happened to be on the phone. Thank the man and waited until Norm is off the phone. Norm was pleasant and gave him the keys, checked my car in and informed me how long it will be. The nicest thing is that the service was so good, they told me that day my battery was low. They checked everything and found that the battery needs to be replace. It was replaced as it is still on warranty. The Service Department is good to their customers and are very professional. I appreciate so much when there are recalls that I receive word and can get in to have the work done with no cost to me. Even so, I was treated like a VIP with friendly service and even a hand wash for my car, because the automatic one was broken! That was really nice! QuickLane at Earnhardt fabulous

I needed an oil change and tire rotation and also wanted a multi-point inspection to see if my brakes or anything else needed service. There was a huge line at QuickLane but they had several service advisors checking people in. KayLynn checked me in efficiently and politely and gave a clear estimate on wait time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was able to catch up on a little writing, but the wait wasn't as long as predicted. KayLynn gave me an update and answered my questions about the suggestions for the brakes and a few things that came up in the inspection of my dear 201,000+ mile vehicle. She checked with the technician on one of my questions and about another question she asked another service advisor who had been a tech before to double-check on a flagged issue with my vehicle. Both KayLynn and Eric made sure I understood all options for future service of some issues and assured me that I could wait until a later visit on the brakes. My car is happy, me and my family are happy and I was out of there after the efficient, quality, courteous service and able to get so much done with the rest of my day.

When something goes wrong with your car, like the engine decides it’s done for life when you’ve just picked up kids from school and you’re in the middle of an intersection and 45 minutes away from home, you get a little grumpy. But my advisor, Jason White, was amazing. He did such a great job of calming me down and walking me through the steps of what needed to happen next to get everything taken care of. It’s never a good day when your car’s in the shop. And I think Jason really gets that. He knows he’s talking to people on some of their worst days. He’s gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to make sure I was completely taken care of and that all of my stupid questions and concerns were addressed. I was more than a difficult customer on a couple of phone calls/visits while my car was getting fixed. But he was always more patient than I deserved and never let me down, even driving out to my house on his day off to pick up paperwork for the warranty company. This guy should be employee of the year! I hope his boss is reading this! Request Jason White if you’re taking your car in to Earnhardt Kia! You’ll get the best possible care! I promise!

Great customer experience with Kendra at Earnhardt...

Kendra Aceto, Internet Sales Manager was absolutely fantastic. I looked at dozens of RAM trucks and was having difficulty finding the one I wanted. I expanded my search to include the Phoenix area and found the truck with the options I wanted at several dealers. While they were all fine, Kendra was the real standout. She worked hard to answer all my questions, take additional pictures and worked to get the deal I needed. After an all-day drive from Southern California the last thing I wanted was a bunch of dealer BS trying to upsell me on add-ons. I couldn't be more pleased with what I encountered. Kendra met me immediately as well as the sales manager, they offered me something to drink and a comfortable place to sit while they inspected my trade. My truck was not only ready for me but washed, fueled and parked inside the showroom waiting for me. The satellite radio was already set up and registered in my name. The paperwork took about 5 minutes with no high-pressure sales. The whole experience could not have been better. Earnhardt's customer experience didn't stop with the sale. I've been working with John in the parts department on some additional equipment and he's been working very hard to ensure my part comes with everything I need. We bought a new Expedition in March of 2019. It was a 2018, so we were able to score a great deal on it. The purchasing process through our salesman (Art) was great. From the moment we stepped on the lot, he was a no pressure sort of salesman. Once we worked out a deal, the purchasing process was easy. I had a bit of a delay and bad communication from the bank I chose for financing (did not finance through dealership), but everyone at the dealership was very patient and accommodating while I sorted out the issues with the bank. After we had the car for a couple of weeks, we had a fault in the transmission (obviously covered under warranty). The folks at the dealership were super helpful in the whole process from picking me up from the side of the highway, to providing a great loaner car (also an Expedition but a better trim package than the one I bought) through to daily updates about the status of my vehicle. To top it off, they provided a year's worth of free car washes for my trouble. I'm sure there are people who could dwell on negatives here, but really, they did absolutely everything they could to be accommodating. If we still live in the area when it is time for a different new/used car, I know the first place I am heading!

We have 3 Kia Souls in the family; all being serviced by Earnhardt Kia. The Kia dealership we purchased 2 from has a less than exemplary service dept; we found that out when one of the a/c units went out and the part it needed was still under warranty. After getting told by the other dealer there wasnt an issue (the thing was blowing hot) we went to Earnhardt and they immediately acknowledged the compressor was out, replaced it at no cost and they have been servicing our cars since. All of the service dept reps are courteous and professional, and the mechanic workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend Earnhardt Kia

Well there's a first time for everything. I absolutely LOVED doing business with this no nonsense dealership in Mesa Arizona! Worth the drive for me. My sales guy Shawn was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, he has decades of experience he even took me into the warehouse to search for the particular color I wanted. The best thing about this place it's not high pressure when negotiating and I didn't get shoved around from office to office, instead Shawn stayed with me till the end. I was at VW dealer and told me that there is nothing they could for Me want to a friend at a dealership and told me that I would have to until my bankruptcy was closed. 5 Star Experience for taking care of my In-Laws!

Just had a great experience for my in-laws purchasing a new Escalade from Brad Burnham there at Earnhardt Cadillac. I've known Brad for many years and have had the opportunity to purchase a number of cars from Brad, and I've always felt good about the whole process when we're done. Brad gets you the best deal he can and he works tirelessly to make sure it just the right car for you. Recently, my in-laws were coming into Phoenix from out of town, and wanted to look at trading in their 2013 Escalade for a newer one. I let Brad know what they were looking for, he found several good options before they arrived, and sent us those options. He had the cars ready to view and test drive when they arrived at the dealer and were able to get them into the new car within a couple hours. No haggling, going back and forth, pressure, etc. They felt like Brad made sure they got a great deal and they were able to drive back home 3 hours away in their new car, all in an afternoon. I was just over 1000 miles due for an oil change and really needed to get one. I was on my way to physical Therapy on Friday and had about 1 &1/2 hours before my appointment. I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler Trim and had been to 10 dealers in a week. I should have skipped right to Earnhardt. It's nice to have advertised discounted prices on the website instead of just MRSP. Kendra was the best dealer I've met. She knows all the vehicles on the lot as well as other vehicles she could obtain if needed. Her communication is excellent (text, email, or call). She was not aggressive and really worked to find the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely purchase a vehicle here again despite the fact i live 2 hours away. I have been using the Quicklane service for several years for my Supercrew F150, and always receive professional, courteous and friendly service. On my last visit, spoke with Diondre in the Quicklane service, and pre-ordered 4 new Pirelli tires for my truck, and dropped off my truck the next day for installation and 4-wheel alignment, plus my oil/filter change. They did find one bad tie rod that had seized and had that replaced, also got the wash and polish wax service (fyi - the basic car wash does not work for me since my truck is black and water stains/spots make it look dirty). The only improvement I would recommend is making sure to wipe down excess oil around oil filter housing to prevent small oil stains in your garage/driveway. Overall, I definitely recommend the Quicklane service and all service advisors, they do a great job. Thank you Diondre for getting my truck completed and properly serviced.

I really enjoyed my experience at Earnhardt Honda. About a month prior, I visited Arrowhead Honda (which I literally live right across the street from). They were TERRIBLE! Went in today to just look at the new model heavy duty trucks. A salesman came over and asked if I needed any help. I said I was just checking out the 2019 heavy duty trucks and I did not want to buy. He introduced himself, his name was Hector. He said that's fine and he showed me the new trucks. I've been with Earnhardt Lexus for 3 years. I value integrity highly and my Service Advisor certainly delivers. I take excellent care of my cars. I bought this 2006 Lexus GS brand new in Washington State and presently have 175,000 miles on it and it looks and drives almost like it was brand new. My Service Advisor, Andrew Wilson, knows how much I value his opinion on how to maintain my car in tip top shape. He doesn't offer any advice on things the car does not need only what the car requires in order to stay in great shape and their service prices are very competitive. The Earnhardt dealership is not the closest Lexus dealer to where I live, however, because of the high integrity, I gladly drive the extra distance.

I live approximately 1,400 miles away from the dealership and I found a used car online that I was interested in. I wouldn't recommend waiting until the last day of the month to purchase a vehicle at any dealership unless you have a few hours to wait for financing... BUT I have also purchased vehicles at other dealerships where I went in at 9am and didn't leave until 9pm! I would recommend Roger! I had test drove a used Encore at another dealership so I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't totally sure about going used over new but ended up getting a 2019 Encore. REALLY like the vehicle! It handles well and has just enough bells and whistles to make it comfortable and fun to drive. Overall - simple and easy experience! I will be going back when it comes time to purchase my Truck! :)

Through the years I have liked Earnhardt Ford sales and service. This is the best place to buy a car! This is not a high pressure sales environment. Kyle Frame was great and knew every feature on the car. I was looking for very specific things, and he was very patient. We love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. After our last experiences with dealerships - I did not want to purchase my next car at a dealership. I had a list of about 5 cars that I was considering for my next purchase. I went to Earnhardt Kia to test drive and Todd was so great. I let him know up front that this was just for research and I was not ready to purchase a car. He didn't pressure and just talked to us about the car. We took his card and left. After we decided to buy the car- I still wasn't sure about buying from a dealership. However - I could not locate the car (with the year and mileage) that I wanted other than at a dealership. I contacted Todd and he made the process so easy. We basically just had to come in and sign the finance paperwork. While we were waiting for the finance manager- he introduced us to the service team and went over all of the features of our new car. This is by far my favorite Ford dealership in the state of Arizona. I've been to a few other locations but Earnhardt Ford is the nicest one I've seen. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I've taken my truck in multiple times and I've had some major work done a couple times and they completed it quickly and correctly. I purchased some tires about a year ago and was surprised to hear they would price match! Anytime I need work done whether it be as basic as an oil change, new tires, or more in depth like when I had my plugs and coils replaced, or when I had my alternator replaced, or the fuel system serviced, etc. I go to Earnhardt Ford. I used to live in Tempe so it wasn't far from me but now I'm in North Phoenix and I'll still go to Earnhardt Ford even though it's like 45 miles from me and I pass a couple other Ford dealerships along the way. That's how great this place is!

I bought my car from these guys in January. Here I am in March and it wouldn't start. Called the service department and asked if they would take a look. Of course. I had to have a tow, and arrived almost an hour early for my appointment due to the town driver showing up early. It was no issue, and they did not make me wait. I had 3 people ask if I was being helped while I was waiting for the first guy to come back to me. They tested my battery, thinking that was the issue and it was. Told me 45 minutes to fix, asked if I wanted to wait. I could tell they valued my time as much as I do. It was fixed in a half hour and the cost was not bad at all. I worked with Nathan to resolve an issue that my vehicle had been having since late last year. I have a brand new Taurus (just over a year old), and the service center at my original dealer did nothing to assuage my frustration...in fact, all they did was brush me aside. I decided then and there that I was done with Surprise Ford, and all Berkshire-Hathaway owned dealerships. Rodeo Ford is quite a bit further for me to drive to get my vehicle fixed, but I will go there every time from here on out. They are superb. Nathan was constantly in contact with me to let me know what the mechanic found, and what they were doing to fix my car. When I got it back, it was running better/smoother/quieter than it did when it was fresh off the lot. Excellent service, service adviser, and mechanic.

I was doubtful when my daughter first took me there to see Scott because my credits not so good but he had gotten her a great deal on a car the week before so I decided to see if he could find something for me. I really needed a car and had been looking at cheap little cars online but I know from experience that any car I bought with the little cash I had was going to cost me big in future repairs and with a younger daughter that was still in school and health issues I really needed something more reliable. By far the best car buying experience so far. I was initially looking at a RAM 2500 but then considered the F150 Diesel. I chose the King Ranch model which was on deep discount. The invoice was $62,131 and I walked away with a sales price of $57, 995. I worked with Scott Griffith, one of the lead facilitators. Scott really just facilitated the deal between me and the dealership; something I appreciate. I use that term because he didn't try to sell me. Unlike most sales people, his approach was take or leave it; a simple transaction. Scott kept me in the loop regarding every part of the process including a recall as the truck was being negotiated. It was fixed the day of purchase. The GM even helped install the floor liners I bought. The service was really exemplary. My response is the same boring account of another perfect dealership experience. I have nothing new to add, as the entire team involved with my service appointment delivered exactly as they have in every other intersection. Here is how it looks in bullet point: * I received appointment reminder from the dealership, from the car info center, from OnStar and from Jessica Hartman via email; * I call to set a day and time and am off the phone in 50 seconds - impressive!; * On the day of my appointment, I am 20 minutes early, two staff members greet me and start to prep the car and Brandon Porter welcomes me in less than 1 minute, with documents in-hand; * The loaner car process is the best I have experienced (compared to local MB, Infinity, & Lincoln operations), there is a great respect for my time and I notice and appreciate this level of care; * Brandon let me know the timing for my return and calls me in the early afternoon to report all is good and that the car is ready - no disappointment as the work was perfect and the car cleaned - far better than what I delivered to them. Had to purchase vehicle right after the birth of my son. Had to shop over the phone and online as I couldn't leave the house for long periods of time with my 6 week old. Excellent Customer Service

Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however we stopped by seeking assistance. The vehicle's SYNC system was not working properly – freezing, lagging, no GPS, unable to connect phones, etc. After explaining our dilemma with another Ford dealership, Gary was very compassionate about our situation. It is worth noting that the other dealership had our vehicle for two days and told us the problem was no longer present, however they were wrong. While we had arrived during the service techs' lunch break, Gary assured us that upon their return he would have our vehicle concern checked. Within one hour, Gary informed us that our vehicle's SYNC needed a new module. This was a Friday and the part would be delivered probably Wednesday or Thursday. We tentatively scheduled to return the following Friday for installation. Our vehicle was retuned to us – after it was washed!!! Thank you very much Gary & Earnhardt Ford. We brought the vehicle in the evening prior to service so the techs could get an early start. Gary was kind enough to provide us with a rental from Enterprise for use while ours was being serviced. Upon finding out they had received the wrong part – unsure if ordered wrong, packaged wrong, or shipped wrong – we needed transportation back to Prescott. While the Enterprise vehicle was greatly appreciated for local travel, it was not acceptable for the long term. Gary allowed us the use a 2018 F150 for our return home. Gary called us the following Monday to let us know or vehicle was repaired and he was having it detailed. Our vehicle was repaired as expected in a timely and courteous manner. Super THANKS for the extra detailing! If Gary Hysop is an example of the employees at Earnhardt Ford, we can see why Earnhardt is so highly rated and regarded by the public. Our experience was superb and beyond expectations. As with the 2017 Explorer, our next vehicle will be from Earnhardt!!
