My response is the same boring account of another perfect dealership experience. I have nothing new to add, as the entire team involved with my service appointment delivered exactly as they have in every other intersection. Here is how it looks in bullet point: * I received appointment reminder from the dealership, from the car info center, from OnStar and from Jessica Hartman via email; * I call to set a day and time and am off the phone in 50 seconds - impressive!; * On the day of my appointment, I am 20 minutes early, two staff members greet me and start to prep the car and Brandon Porter welcomes me in less than 1 minute, with documents in-hand; * The loaner car process is the best I have experienced (compared to local MB, Infinity, & Lincoln operations), there is a great respect for my time and I notice and appreciate this level of care; * Brandon let me know the timing for my return and calls me in the early afternoon to report all is good and that the car is ready - no disappointment as the work was perfect and the car cleaned - far better than what I delivered to them. Not sure what else a service department can do to please a client, my ask would be that they never deviate from the superior level at which they function.

I highly recommend Rodeo Hyundai to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Hyundai. The employees at San Tan Hyundai is one of the main reasons I keep going back there. I bought my first car there in 2011 and had all my maintenance done there. They are exceptional and have always treated me as if I was their own family member. After totaling that car a month ago, I knew I would be purchasing my next vehicle from them. Why would I go anywhere else. Not only do they accommodate you while your car is being serviced for routine maintenance, but they go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. I will go out of my way to make sure all my maintenance is done at this location. SAN TAN HYUNDAI IS THE BEST!

Online Car Buying Made Simple

We just leased a Honda CR-V and conducted the whole deal online and over the phone. Negotiated the price and the lease payment and the dealer delivered the vehicle to our house and we signed the papers without stepping foot in the dealership. Best car buying experience I have had. Worked with Tom Daniels and after signing the papers in our home he sat with us an explained all the features of the car.

We found the value in both the bug and the Passat Jack and devin were very professional,polite and no smoke and mirrors sale people. I was driving from Los Angeles and my van showed light of low tire pressure. I went in to have my tires check. I was worrying that I might have a nail, but it was just low air in one of the tires. The staff were very nice. It was done in about ten minutes and they didn't charge me for the service. I am grateful!

Bought a pre-owned Cadillac last week. No nonsense, no hidden fees, straightforward. Price on internet plus doc fees, registration, and taxes. Quick trade-in discussion. Scott Griffith was the salesman I worked with. He first and foremost made sure I felt comfortable. Listened to my requirements and concerns. Had to purchase vehicle right after the birth of my son. Had to shop over the phone and online as I couldn't leave the house for long periods of time with my 6 week old. I shopped around at all the Dodge dealerships in the valley and Rick, the salesman I worked with, gave me the lowest price out the door with out playing games, even when I was using my own financing. I told him I wanted to pick up vehicle that day. I scheduled a time in the afternoon and when I arrived the vehicle I had chosen was detailed and ready for me and the price was EXACTLY as we discussed on the phone - no last minute add ons. Gene, the sales manager and Richard in finance also made sure everything went smoothly. I was out of the dealership with an hour, before my little one even woke up from his nap! Highly recommend for selection, price and customer service.

Rainy Sunday Afternoon

I am a really hard individual to please and I really don't like dealing with any type of sales person. But in talking with Mr. Wallace he made me feel very comfortable. Peoria Kia is fabulous! When I was looking for a new vehicle 2 years ago I did a lot of shopping around. Excellent Customer Service

Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however we stopped by seeking assistance. The vehicle's SYNC system was not working properly – freezing, lagging, no GPS, unable to connect phones, etc. After explaining our dilemma with another Ford dealership, Gary was very compassionate about our situation. It is worth noting that the other dealership had our vehicle for two days and told us the problem was no longer present, however they were wrong. While we had arrived during the service techs' lunch break, Gary assured us that upon their return he would have our vehicle concern checked. Within one hour, Gary informed us that our vehicle's SYNC needed a new module. This was a Friday and the part would be delivered probably Wednesday or Thursday. We tentatively scheduled to return the following Friday for installation. Our vehicle was retuned to us – after it was washed!!! Thank you very much Gary & Earnhardt Ford. We brought the vehicle in the evening prior to service so the techs could get an early start. Gary was kind enough to provide us with a rental from Enterprise for use while ours was being serviced. Upon finding out they had received the wrong part – unsure if ordered wrong, packaged wrong, or shipped wrong – we needed transportation back to Prescott. While the Enterprise vehicle was greatly appreciated for local travel, it was not acceptable for the long term. Gary allowed us the use a 2018 F150 for our return home. Gary called us the following Monday to let us know or vehicle was repaired and he was having it detailed. Our vehicle was repaired as expected in a timely and courteous manner. Super THANKS for the extra detailing! If Gary Hysop is an example of the employees at Earnhardt Ford, we can see why Earnhardt is so highly rated and regarded by the public. Our experience was superb and beyond expectations. As with the 2017 Explorer, our next vehicle will be from Earnhardt!!

A few weeks ago I decided to trade my Hyundai Genesis in for a Sonata Hybrid. I moved to the Arizona Valley a few months ago so I was very apprehensive to work with any Dealership. I called many. No BS, straightforward with maximum attention to detail.

When I entered Earnhardt Hyundai for the very first time, I had already emailed back and forth with Kevin McCarthy (four softball fields), Tony Femiano (Semper Fi) and Kyle Frame (shot an Eagle) over three previous days to my visit. Within literally seconds of my initial visit I fully realized what high quality people are working at Earnhardt. They made me feel as though I were an old buddy from years ago and that they were overjoyed with my presence. They were not only attentive to my requests, they kept me on the straight and narrow path toward keeping my monthly payment within a previously agreed upon pricing limit and their graciousness lent itself to my most enjoyable two hours I have ever spent in an automobile show room. Yes, two hours! That was it, compared with others who keep a customer in a total agony of suspense while one waits for six hours...or more. Darin Gordon (you don't need an MBA) finished it off with the easiest few minutes of paperwork that I have ever experienced. All in all, if you want to finally experience what it is to deal with a totally professional group of automobile mavens, Earnhardt Hyundai has the ultimate in quality individuals. Honestly if I could give a higher rating I would. Dean (goodness I hope I got that right) let me cut right to the chase, and start talking numbers on the two cars I went to look at. I don't have the best credit, and was a bit bashful of that thinking I wouldn't be able to get into a new car at the price I could afford, but he and Bruce stuck it out with me and helped me get into a brand new safer car. Finance was literally the fastest and easiest experience. Trading my old car in was the easiest as well. They gave me more than a fair trade on it, and it was as easy as dropping the keys off and saying bye to my old little car. Got to drive my new car off the lot after he helped me make sure all my features were activated, and my phone was connected to the android auto! Hands down, this was the best car buying experience. Truly catered to my needs 100%, all while not pressuring me to keep moving forward.

It is always a pleasure getting my Ram 1500 Service at Earnhardt Dodge Jeep in Gilbert. Randy is my service rep and on a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 12.5. He keeps me updated on whats going on and most recently parts had to be ordered and he was right on top of it. Randy also stays on top of my Ram's maintenance and advises me when it is practical to do some project earlier since the truck is there anyway so I do not have to bring it back 500 miles later. I loathe buying cars. Or at least, I used to. Great team. Easy to work with. I live 400 miles away. I made an Internet inquiry on a car that caught my eye. I received an online quote. I received such within one hour. The next day I drove the 400 miles to buy that car. I received a fair price on my trade-in. The internet quote was honored. No haggling. About 60-90 minutes start to finish. My family has purchased five vehicles from the same person at this dealership. Impeccable in all phases!!! Victor is my car guy (that's right, I have a car guy!). Never any screwing around with pricing or the marked up options and hidden fees you get with other dealers. I found my last car and was in and out in 25 minutes at this location!!! The same with my brother (twice). Obviously, these people are doing something right if a family purchases five vehicles from the same business. Just to give you an idea how good the service is at Peoria Kia: In the past, I went to start my car in my garage and the battery was dead (it happens all the time in the Arizona heat). Peoria Kia actually came and jumped my car, brought it to the dealership, and replaced the battery in under 90 minutes (on a very busy Saturday). They even put it through the car wash!!! Now granted, I live extremely close to this business, but they did not have to step forward like this. This is a super friendly, professional, and honest business. We honestly had the most laid-back experience ever buying a car here. We worked with Jack and Jason to purchase a used Toyota after e-mailing them the best offer on a comparable vehicle at another dealership. They quickly replied with a better offer even though the car here had even less mileage. They also matched the other dealership's KBB trade-in offer no questions asked! Not only that, but San Tan VW only included the bare minimum tax/title/preparation fees in their quote, while the other dealership tried to sneak in over $1000 of unnecessary fees and "package upgrades" that we didn't ask for. We communicated completely over email, and Jack and Jason prepped the paperwork in advance so all we had to do was come in for a test drive after we got off work and sign. When we arrived there was absolutely no push back on the agreement or attempt to change the deal, just an honest, straightforward, easy breezy approach to selling a car. Really the best.

I purchased my first truck from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in 2014. That purchasing experience, the truck itself and all the service I received over 5 years was the best. On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some cosmetic paint scratches and scrapes on my front bumper which I knew would cost me dearly if I took it to a body shop. I even considered the repair myself. I looked up the "how to" on youtube, researched the matching Hyundai paint, primer and gloss by code( which ended up apprx. $200.00 for my time, paint ,etc) and I'm sure that would have been a mess. Jimmy gave me a great price which I knew was part of the expectation of a new vehicle lease but it was still appreciated. When the deal didn't happen (I still have 1 year on the lease so it just didn't make sense now) Jimmy not only honored his offer, but couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful about it! When I picked up my car, it totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. The paint and repair looks showroom new. He even had the car completely detailed. I wash my car often and this was a special clean up. Mr. Tonelli, like many others I have met in my 6 years of business with Earnhardt, is a man of his word, and epitomizes all the best in customer service! He made me feel like their best customer. I've been servicing my 2003 Lexus GX470 at Earnhardt Lexus since I purchased it in 2006. My vehicle now has 238,000 miles on it. Tom Miller is my service adviser. On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some cosmetic paint scratches and scrapes on my front bumper which I knew would cost me dearly if I took it to a body shop. I even considered the repair myself. I looked up the "how to" on youtube, researched the matching Hyundai paint, primer and gloss by code( which ended up apprx. $200.00 for my time, paint ,etc) and I'm sure that would have been a mess. Jimmy gave me a great price which I knew was part of the expectation of a new vehicle lease but it was still appreciated. When the deal didn't happen (I still have 1 year on the lease so it just didn't make sense now) Jimmy not only honored his offer, but couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful about it! When I picked up my car, it totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. The paint and repair looks showroom new. He even had the car completely detailed. I wash my car often and this was a special clean up. Mr. Tonelli, like many others I have met in my 6 years of business with Earnhardt, is a man of his word, and epitomizes all the best in customer service! He made me feel like their best customer. A difficult decision made easy

I was hoping to make my old car last for the few years I expect to be driving, but that wasn't to be. Buying a new car was a totally new experience for me, so I asked my son to help. We have lived in the valley for about five years now. We have been pretty disappointed with the service we have received at repair shops and dealers... until now. The first time I came her for repairs they diagnosed and fixed it the same day. It wasn’t a small repair either (out of spec front axle shaft on my 2017 explorer). I've been using Earnhardt since buying my Ram diesel from Earnhardt in 2006. Initially because it was under warranty and then simply because I trusted them to do the work for a fair price. My service advisors have changed over the years. Currently, and maybe for 8 - 10 years, it's been my very great pleasure to work with Rosemary Serna. I've come to trust her implicitly for reminding me of work that needed to be done as well as seeing that miscellaneous repairs that have cropped up are done. I've never felt like I've been up-sold on a repair. Rose simply sees to it that work that is advisable or necessary is done. I've since moved out of state but have returned to have work done by Earnhardt's shop team and because I trust that Rose will advise me wisely of what else may be good to have done. Although there is a Dodge dealership where I currently live, I much prefer and trust Rose and the Earnhardt shop crew in getting the job done correctly. I am grateful for the nameless technicians who've worked on my vehicle and Rose who has guided me for years.

I love Earnhardt. Every other dealership experience, from the purchase to the service, has always been horrid and just wrong. I trust Earnhardt to get me the best deal, and continue giving me a great experience because that’s what they do here. I went in for an oil change recently and worked with Hank. He was great! It was supposed to take about an hour until Hank brought to my attention that my 2018 Terrain had a recall on the parking system. He estimated that it would add on another hour if I wanted to fix it in that visit, so I gave him the go ahead. Just a half hour later Hank comes back to tell me my car is finished, way earlier than expected. He was able to get underneath the lift to program the parking system WHILE they were doing the oil change just so that I could leave closer to the original time that was estimated. My Terrain now parks itself like a breeze. Thank you Hank, and everyone at Earnhardt!

I was in the market and priced out a few different trucks at a couple different dealers around the east valley. I also looked at reviews of service because Sales could be great but service sub par but these guys have great reviews comparatively. Earnhardt had the real price listed online and when we spoke it was no BS that was the price. I inquired, talked to Justin laid it all out with realistic expectations and boom him and Richard made it happen. I came in to the dealer there was no haggling or coming back at me with the “Well you gotta get this and that..” they offered me options I chose what I wanted and they didn’t push anything I didn’t want on me. I stopped in to Rodeo Ford to have them evaluate my car to determine if it need a new front ball joint. I recently had another store change my oil and they advised me that on of my front ball joints needed replaced. I questioned this assessment as my Ford Escape did not have as many miles on it that would require this type of repair. When I arrived at Rodeo Ford the the Fleet Service manager greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. He invited me into his office and after explaining my situation, Nathan provided a lot of good information regarding the ball joint and suggested I stop in the Quick Service bay to have the car checked out. The service representative (Amanda) at the Quick Service location greeted me promptly and immediately had my car into the service bay for evaluation. The service technicians quickly identified a loose bolt near the ball joint and corrected this and advised that the ball joint was fine and did not need replaced. In addition, Amanda noticed that a recently installed battery had a broken post and had it replaced under warranty. I was not charged for the evaluation, repair and battery replacement. The entire staff was very professional and very customer warranted. It was great experience and one that would have me coming back to Rodeo Ford. Based on this very good experience I HIGHLY recommend Rodeo Ford for service and new car shopping.

F250 Service.

Just has my F250 Diesel serviced for the second time here. I really don't know how service gets better. I've owned a BMW and an Audi in the past and was always very impressed with their service and service centers. The Rodeo for Quick Lane is at least on par with that. What's even better is that the prices are very reasonable. I can't change my oil and filter to spec for as cheap and easily as they can. 2019 Santa Fe Purchase: Great Experience

My wife and I narrowed our search while at the Phoenix Auto Show in November, and we came here to test drive the new Santa Fe. When we made our request known, Donald Williams immediately offered to shepherd us to the lot and find a suitable vehicle to drive. We want to endorse Mr Williams for an absolute professional approach, representing the product, dealership, and himself. Like most people, my experiences in the past with car dealerships have not been good mostly because typically the buying process, especially when you are looking online, can be misleading. I reached out to the sales manager to confirm pricing on the website before going in to the dealership and he had no problem doing so. He was even able to give me an out the door price before even stepping foot into the dealership. I felt comfortable during the entire process and everyone I spoke too was very friendly and applied no pressure. This was not the typical car buying experience and that is a great thing. I would say I rarely hand out 5 star reviews but in this case, I would strongly recommend this dealership. A follow up a month later.... I have no had my vehicle for about a month and although it is not time for my first oil change yet, I did go back in to the dealership regarding a chip on the lip of the hood I found while detailing the vehicle. Considering the location of the small chip, I did feel this was already there when I purchased the vehicle. Not only did the maintenance team (in conjunction with my sales rep (Ed Fuhs) take care of this for me by filling in the chip, they also buffed out the front of the hood and replaced the lining around the doors that was starting to come loose. I am EXTREMELY impressed with this dealership so far and again, would strongly recommend.

We had a great experience at the dealership. We had done most of the finance stuff prior to arrival so the process went even smoother than anticipated. We ended up getting a 2018 Tucson for my wife, and 2019 Accent for my daughter. Both salesmen were extremely helpful and showed us all the features & benefits of both vehicles. The magic really happened in Finance where we met Aaron. He was very communicative on both deals, and even got us a lower payment with another bank. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and painless experience. These are cars 18 & 19 for me so I can speak from experience. My family has purchased five vehicles from the same person at this dealership. Impeccable in all phases!!! Victor is my car guy (that's right, I have a car guy!). Never any screwing around with pricing or the marked up options and hidden fees you get with other dealers. I found my last car and was in and out in 25 minutes!!! That was five years ago! Just to give you an idea how good these people are: I recently went to start my car in my garage and the battery was dead. Peoria Kia actually came and jumped my car, brought it to the dealership, and replaced the battery in under 90 minutes (on a very busy Saturday). They even put it through the car wash. This dealership is not the closest to me but I bring my Santa Fe to them anyway for service because they are always helpful. They have helped me with my SUV 5 times already, always with great results, they even clean it at the end. The only major thing they could do better is be a bit faster, and maybe give a bit more feedback on to how long it will take. They offered to give me a free oil change, but when I went back the guy who offered it no longer worked there, and left no notes about it....BUT they still gave it to me anyway, that is really good customer service, treating the customer right. Update to my review.....5 years later..... Got a good surprise today. Usually car dealers have a reputation for being greedy and abusive, and I have dealt with a few that were very bad. But about 4 months ago I bought a new car from Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale. They gave me more for my trade than it was worth, and gave me the really low price I asked for on the new vehicle. We made the deal happen fast and easy, I have purchased many new vehicles and this is the first time I basically wrote my own deal and they just simply said yes. I was very happy with the deal and I told many people about it. Well now today I checked the mail and I was shocked I received the check for $500 from them because it appears they were able to get an additional $500 from the manufacturer in rebates and instead of keeping it and making more profit they actually sent it to me which is basically unheard of in this industry. I am very impressed and will be recommending this company to my friends. It is much better than any of my previous new car purchases.

Alex and Garrett were fantastic. Garrett helped us out when we first arrived. The Genesis G70's had just arrived at the dealership, and these were the only ones in Arizona. Garrett walked us to the rear of the dealership where the cars were still awaiting inspection. He took the extra step to research other colors that were set to arrive in AZ and even offered to drive us out to pick it up. When Alex, the Genesis expert, became available, he took over for Garrett and walked us back out to the G70's. We ultimately decided to purchase a car that was on the lot. Garrett checked in on us while Alex was getting the paperwork together. Alex spent several hours with us while walking us through the process. We never felt pressured to buy the car. It was a pretty relaxed experience all the way around. After the car was purchased, Alex thoroughly explained all of the car's bells and whistles and said he would meet with me when I returned for the window tinting to answer any new questions I might have. If you are in the market for a Genesis, I strongly recommend San Tan Hyundai (Earnhardt Genesis). It was probably the easiest, lowest pressure car buying experience we've had in our 40 years of purchasing cars.

Took the time to troubleshoot and repair problem that the dealer where vehicle was purchased, ARROWHEAD Cadillac, did not address or attempt to repair. Like most people, my experiences in the past with car dealerships have not been good mostly because typically the buying process, especially when you are looking online, can be misleading. I reached out to the sales manager to confirm pricing on the website before going in to the dealership and he had no problem doing so. I have been dealing with Earnhardt for over 15 years and have been satisfied with the service and the way I was treated. If there was a problem it was taken care of pretty quickly. Last week I went in to have my 2012 Fusion fixed as I could not open driver's door from the inside. After I set up the appointment I went to rent a car. I had no intention of purchasing a car, much less a new one. While waiting for Enterprise to go get a car for me Ron (who I have worked with several times because he is fair, understanding, friendly, professional, and cares about wanting to please the customer). We talked about my car and the fact of me getting a new one, which I haven't had since I've been in AZ He said my interest rate could go from 23% to 9%, so I decided to chat with him about this. Derrick then came over, introduced himself and also wanted to help. Although I have not worked with him before I was pleased with the way he treated me, and very willing to help. Ron and Derrick are a good team as they work will with each other. They both searched for a car that I wanted- white with tan interior, and some extras. The first one they showed me I did not like as there were no extras. Derrick then went out to search for one he knew I would like, and he was right. It had just enough extras for me and I was very happy with it (it drove so smooth and had good pickup ) and finally enjoyed being able to get a new car. They both spent a lot of time with me and helping with anything they could. The best part of the deal is that my monthly payment did not increase, even with Gap and extended warranty. Lorin is the best! So laid back and accommodating, he explains all the car's features in real world language, not to mention all the cool things he personally uses (and has real opinions on). I made an appointment to have the transmission serviced on my Expedition. While there I mentioned that the front wheels shake a little when going about 65 mph. Amanda, my service advisor, discussed this issue with me and recommended an inspection of the front end. It was done and Amanda and I discussed the results and checked the wear of the front end components. We agreed that, to start out with repairs, the front and rear shocks with associated components need to be replaced. But the time I had available to accomplish this work seemed too short to me since I needed to leave for San Diego the next day in the evening. Amanda guaranteed that the car would be ready the next day for my trip. I concurred to have the work done and the car was ready as promised. I stopped by yesterday and met Rick Guevara, in sales. He spent hours with me looking for the right truck for me. At my 50,000 mile check-up at the Quick Lane, I was treated extremely courteously by the young man who did the intake on my vehicle, and the shuttle driver very kindly took me home just to drop off all of the stuff I brought home from the office, and then he drove me to AJ's Fine Foods. I spent a lovely hour enjoying iced-tea on the patio, and my car was ready in less time than they predicted. Even the Gold Wash I'd asked for was better than I've gotten at valley car washes. All in all, an excellent value for my time and money.

As a first time buyer, you're somewhat hesitant of steppping foot into a dealership because of the tactics they use to get you into buying. Our experience at Earnhardt Hyundai was excellent! Larry, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time showing us a variety of cars that were within our budget. Dre, the manager, laid out all our payment options and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The sticker price was never an issue and we didn't feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Needless to say, we took home a 2017 Jetta with low miles. I would absolutely go back to Earnhardt Hyundai to purchase another vehicle in the future. Their customer service is superb! Believe when I say that the sticker price was not an issue.

I've owned a bunch of used Cadillacs over the years but this is the first time I've had one new enough to bring in to a dealership for servicing. Brandon and Anthony were great people. They even let me know I had 3 factory repairs on the car that were free of charge and they gave me a free loaner to use while they kept my car for the work. Had an awesome visit with Earnhardt Honda. My appointment was first with the windshield replacement department and secondly with the service department. Arrived at 10 am and left at about 1:30 pm. Both appointment area's were expertly handled by Karyn our Service Writer. Everything was handled concisely and expertly. Windshield was replace without a hitch and all items performed by the service department keeps my 2017 Honda Pilot running in the right direction. We have purchased vehicles from this dealership before and have never been disappointed. Allen in the service department is always there when we need help, and he has never failed us in advising corrective actions needed for our vehicles. We just bought another 2018 Grand Cherokee, and Sean was our sales representive. He was simply outstanding and patient while my wife made up her mind as to which jeep she wanted. There was no sale pressure, he just wanted us to be sure and happy about our choice. Richard from finance was really helpful and answered every question we had. He walked us through the entire contract, and he made it simple and advised me correctly when I asked about extended warranties. We bought only what we needed for the extra time we felt we would keep the jeep past the 3 year/36 month time frame. What a difference in dealerships. Head west on Bell Road and that dealer’s service department is constantly trying to sell something at higher prices. “You need new wiper blades,” and I say, “Can I show my receipt from three months ago?” I say I got a fuel service from a 40 year old local southwest chain for $250 less than you the dealer and they say, “You get what you pay for.” Those are actual incidents. Now head to Rodeo Hyundai. I’d had a routine oil change at my local chain where I've been going for 13 years, (which the Bell Road dealer almost demands I do with them or risk warranty problems.) Chain said they saw a small transmission fluid seep. Brought it to Justin at Rodeo and he said it was overfilled but fine. Did a full checkup.Here’s your bill. $0. No up-sell pressure, friendly and direct and made me feel assured the car is fine. That was Justin. He understood that for routine stuff, it’s closer and easier for me to drive two miles for a slightly less costly oil change than 14 miles. I’m retired and watch my pennies. It’s a respected chain. For the big stuff it will now be Rodeo and Justin. Pleasant service and no hard sell. Thanks.
