bought 2 used Lexus vehicles

I bought a 2009 Lexus LS460 in March, and a 2016 Lexus ES350 in April. Cole Fanning was the salesman for both purchases. Cole was outstanding - no pressure, very nice, knowledgeable about all the features, and made both purchases a pleasure. Brandon Heath and Cleva Ault were both very efficient with the paperwork. Overall both purchases were great experiences.

I walked into Hyundai wanting to trade my car in right then and there. I was kindly treated by Shayne who took very good care of me and all the needs I had requested. Great experience at quick change by my service advisor Mirna. She is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for a regular service and was informed of future service needs of my vehicle and what to expect. There is no dealerships in the metro Phoenix area that has this type service advisor. I drive 45 min to go to rodeo ford even when there is Peoria ford 5 min from me. I have tried all the rest and will be sticking with the best.

I originally came in contact with Dave over 2 years ago while looking for a car. A series of events and changes happened in my life and I put off purchasing a car. I would periodically reach out to Dave about vehicles and he was ALWAYS happy to answer any question I had and continued to share cars with me that he knew I'd like. Fast forward to today and now I didn't only want a car but needed one. Dave was very responsive and treated me like a VIP. The approval was done and paperwork ready to be signed when I arrived making my visit to the dealership short and sweet. DJ and Ian also played a big role in my great experience. Jeep Service

Made an appointment, everything was set to go when I arrived, work was performed in the time period given. The service on this appointment was for a front end alinement for my Jeep Wrangler. I received both the before and after alinement numbers (this used to be standard with most places but it seems that it no longer is). Great service done in a timely manner. Salesman Was Awesome!

Went in today to just look at the new model heavy duty trucks. A salesman came over and asked if I needed any help. I said I was just checking out the 2019 heavy duty trucks and I did not want to buy. He introduced himself, his name was Hector. He said that's fine and he showed me the new trucks. He went out of his way to have a truck inspected that was not checked you so that I could take one for a test drive. He didn't pressure me into buying one, didn't bring over any numbers telling me this is the price I could get it for. He respected that I was just there to look and he was friendly and personal the whole time. I would highly recommend Hector as a salesman if you're in the market for a vehicle!

The Drive Manager was a pleasure to work with.

I took my new F150 there for window tinting as well as fixing the tailgate. The tailgate would not drop all the way after pushing the tailgate button on the fob. A different dealer could not figure out why it wasn't operating properly. Mr. Perez figures it out right away. The tailgate works fine now.

To be honest I never bought a car from you so it’s difficult to compare that experience. There are two dealerships I used in Oregon. The largest dealership Capital motors (where we bought 2 autos) once we bought the cars the Salesman never responded to my call to ask a question or two. Then we purchased three autos from Lassen motors which I had a great relationship. Then I contact Lassen to lease a car and no response in timely manner so that’s when I leased the car from Capital motors. Then again I call the Salesperson but never received a call back. We purchased seven Toyota’s since 1997. But I must say you are a great dealership to have the autos serviced. Ron

Because carbine is not a fun experience, but this dealership makes it really easy I did most of my stuff online and when I got to the dealership my truck is ready for me and the sales staff was really friendly my sales person was Aimee . I got the pleasure of hanging out with a great man by the name of Matt Hyde. He spent hours with me figuring my next steps at the end of my lease; I was planning on buying a house around the same time. While my 16 Corolla got an oil change, I ended up walking with a 19 Corolla for a great price! Almost unbelievable. These guys are very genuine and quite knowledgeable! Great Service Advisor

I've been with Earnhardt Lexus for 3 years. I value integrity highly and my Service Advisor certainly delivers. I take excellent care of my cars. I bought this 2006 Lexus GS brand new in Washington State and presently have 175,000 miles on it and it looks and drives almost like it was brand new. My Service Advisor, Andrew Wilson, knows how much I value his opinion on how to maintain my car in tip top shape. He doesn't offer any advice on things the car does not need only what the car requires in order to stay in great shape and their service prices are very competitive. The Earnhardt dealership is not the closest Lexus dealer to where I live, however, because of the high integrity, I gladly drive the extra distance.

Ariel was a very good salesperson. Did not push a sale, let me look over the inventory and see what was available at my price point. I live approximately 1,400 miles away from the dealership and I found a used car online that I was interested in. Kenny Parker in the Sales Department worked with us to negotiate the price and financing as well as set the price on the trade in. I wouldn't recommend waiting until the last day of the month to purchase a vehicle at any dealership unless you have a few hours to wait for financing... BUT I have also purchased vehicles at other dealerships where I went in at 9am and didn't leave until 9pm! I would recommend Roger! I had test drove a used Encore at another dealership so I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't totally sure about going used over new but ended up getting a 2019 Encore. REALLY like the vehicle! It handles well and has just enough bells and whistles to make it comfortable and fun to drive. Overall - simple and easy experience! I will be going back when it comes time to purchase my Truck! :)

Through the years I have liked Earnhardt Ford sales and service. After our last experiences with dealerships - I did not want to purchase my next car at a dealership. I had a list of about 5 cars that I was considering for my next purchase. I went to Earnhardt Kia to test drive and Todd was so great. I let him know up front that this was just for research and I was not ready to purchase a car. He didn't pressure and just talked to us about the car. We took his card and left. After we decided to buy the car- I still wasn't sure about buying from a dealership. However - I could not locate the car (with the year and mileage) that I wanted other than at a dealership. I contacted Todd and he made the process so easy. We basically just had to come in and sign the finance paperwork. While we were waiting for the finance manager- he introduced us to the service team and went over all of the features of our new car. This is by far my favorite Ford dealership in the state of Arizona. I've been to a few other locations but Earnhardt Ford is the nicest one I've seen. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I've taken my truck in multiple times and I've had some major work done a couple times and they completed it quickly and correctly. I purchased some tires about a year ago and was surprised to hear they would price match! Anytime I need work done whether it be as basic as an oil change, new tires, or more in depth like when I had my plugs and coils replaced, or when I had my alternator replaced, or the fuel system serviced, etc. I go to Earnhardt Ford. I used to live in Tempe so it wasn't far from me but now I'm in North Phoenix and I'll still go to Earnhardt Ford even though it's like 45 miles from me and I pass a couple other Ford dealerships along the way. That's how great this place is!

I bought my car from these guys in January. Here I am in March and it wouldn't start. Called the service department and asked if they would take a look. Of course. I had to have a tow, and arrived almost an hour early for my appointment due to the town driver showing up early. It was no issue, and they did not make me wait. I had 3 people ask if I was being helped while I was waiting for the first guy to come back to me. They tested my battery, thinking that was the issue and it was. Told me 45 minutes to fix, asked if I wanted to wait. I could tell they valued my time as much as I do. It was fixed in a half hour and the cost was not bad at all. I worked with Nathan to resolve an issue that my vehicle had been having since late last year. I have a brand new Taurus (just over a year old), and the service center at my original dealer did nothing to assuage my frustration...in fact, all they did was brush me aside. I decided then and there that I was done with Surprise Ford, and all Berkshire-Hathaway owned dealerships. Rodeo Ford is quite a bit further for me to drive to get my vehicle fixed, but I will go there every time from here on out. They are superb. Nathan was constantly in contact with me to let me know what the mechanic found, and what they were doing to fix my car. By far the best car buying experience so far. I was initially looking at a RAM 2500 but then considered the F150 Diesel. I chose the King Ranch model which was on deep discount. The invoice was $62,131 and I walked away with a sales price of $57, 995. I worked with Scott Griffith, one of the lead facilitators. Scott really just facilitated the deal between me and the dealership; something I appreciate. I use that term because he didn't try to sell me. Unlike most sales people, his approach was take or leave it; a simple transaction. Scott kept me in the loop regarding every part of the process including a recall as the truck was being negotiated. It was fixed the day of purchase. The GM even helped install the floor liners I bought. The service was really exemplary. The F&I manager, Tony, kept the whole process organized and was very on top of things. All in all, I will be returning in the future. I was driving from Los Angeles and my van showed light of low tire pressure. I went in to have my tires check. I was worrying that I might have a nail, but it was just low air in one of the tires. Had to purchase vehicle right after the birth of my son. Had to shop over the phone and online as I couldn't leave the house for long periods of time with my 6 week old. I shopped around at all the Dodge dealerships in the valley and Rick, the salesman I worked with, gave me the lowest price out the door with out playing games, even when I was using my own financing. I told him I wanted to pick up vehicle that day. I scheduled a time in the afternoon and when I arrived the vehicle I had chosen was detailed and ready for me and the price was EXACTLY as we discussed on the phone - no last minute add ons. Gene, the sales manager and Richard in finance also made sure everything went smoothly. I was out of the dealership with an hour, before my little one even woke up from his nap! Highly recommend for selection, price and customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however we stopped by seeking assistance. The vehicle's SYNC system was not working properly – freezing, lagging, no GPS, unable to connect phones, etc. After explaining our dilemma with another Ford dealership, Gary was very compassionate about our situation. It is worth noting that the other dealership had our vehicle for two days and told us the problem was no longer present, however they were wrong. While we had arrived during the service techs' lunch break, Gary assured us that upon their return he would have our vehicle concern checked. Within one hour, Gary informed us that our vehicle's SYNC needed a new module. This was a Friday and the part would be delivered probably Wednesday or Thursday. We tentatively scheduled to return the following Friday for installation. Our vehicle was retuned to us – after it was washed!!! Thank you very much Gary & Earnhardt Ford. We brought the vehicle in the evening prior to service so the techs could get an early start. Gary was kind enough to provide us with a rental from Enterprise for use while ours was being serviced. Upon finding out they had received the wrong part – unsure if ordered wrong, packaged wrong, or shipped wrong – we needed transportation back to Prescott. While the Enterprise vehicle was greatly appreciated for local travel, it was not acceptable for the long term. Gary allowed us the use a 2018 F150 for our return home. Gary called us the following Monday to let us know or vehicle was repaired and he was having it detailed. Our vehicle was repaired as expected in a timely and courteous manner. Super THANKS for the extra detailing! If Gary Hysop is an example of the employees at Earnhardt Ford, we can see why Earnhardt is so highly rated and regarded by the public. Our experience was superb and beyond expectations. As with the 2017 Explorer, our next vehicle will be from Earnhardt!!

When I entered Earnhardt Hyundai for the very first time, I had already emailed back and forth with Kevin McCarthy (four softball fields), Tony Femiano (Semper Fi) and Kyle Frame (shot an Eagle) over three previous days to my visit. Within literally seconds of my initial visit I fully realized what high quality people are working at Earnhardt. They made me feel as though I were an old buddy from years ago and that they were overjoyed with my presence. Honestly if I could give a higher rating I would. Dean (goodness I hope I got that right) let me cut right to the chase, and start talking numbers on the two cars I went to look at. I don't have the best credit, and was a bit bashful of that thinking I wouldn't be able to get into a new car at the price I could afford, but he and Bruce stuck it out with me and helped me get into a brand new safer car. Finance was literally the fastest and easiest experience. Trading my old car in was the easiest as well. They gave me more than a fair trade on it, and it was as easy as dropping the keys off and saying bye to my old little car. Got to drive my new car off the lot after he helped me make sure all my features were activated, and my phone was connected to the android auto! Hands down, this was the best car buying experience. It is always a pleasure getting my Ram 1500 Service at Earnhardt Dodge Jeep in Gilbert. Randy is my service rep and on a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 12.5. He keeps me updated on whats going on and most recently parts had to be ordered and he was right on top of it. Randy also stays on top of my Ram's maintenance and advises me when it is practical to do some project earlier since the truck is there anyway so I do not have to bring it back 500 miles later. All in All Randy is my man at Earnhardt and you should be glad you have him. I was a GM at a Subaru dealership and would have loved to have someone of his abilities working for me. I loathe buying cars. Or at least, I used to. Great team. Easy to work with. I live 400 miles away. I made an Internet inquiry on a car that caught my eye. I received an online quote. I received such within one hour. The next day I drove the 400 miles to buy that car. I received a fair price on my trade-in. The internet quote was honored. No haggling. About 60-90 minutes start to finish. About as quick and easy as buying milk and eggs¡ There are two Honda dealerships closer to my home in Texas but neither could/would beat Earnhardt's price on similar vehicles. Happy customer. My family has purchased five vehicles from the same person at this dealership. Impeccable in all phases!!! Victor is my car guy (that's right, I have a car guy!). Never any screwing around with pricing or the marked up options and hidden fees you get with other dealers. I found my last car and was in and out in 25 minutes at this location!!! The same with my brother (twice). Obviously, these people are doing something right if a family purchases five vehicles from the same business. Just to give you an idea how good the service is at Peoria Kia: In the past, I went to start my car in my garage and the battery was dead (it happens all the time in the Arizona heat). Peoria Kia actually came and jumped my car, brought it to the dealership, and replaced the battery in under 90 minutes (on a very busy Saturday). They even put it through the car wash!!! Now granted, I live extremely close to this business, but they did not have to step forward like this. This is a super friendly, professional, and honest business. I have written some 50 plus Google reviews from experiences in Minnesota, California, and my home state of Arizona and on all things like service, hospitality and, industry. We honestly had the most laid-back experience ever buying a car here. Not only that, but San Tan VW only included the bare minimum tax/title/preparation fees in their quote, while the other dealership tried to sneak in over $1000 of unnecessary fees and "package upgrades" that we didn't ask for. We communicated completely over email, and Jack and Jason prepped the paperwork in advance so all we had to do was come in for a test drive after we got off work and sign. When we arrived there was absolutely no push back on the agreement or attempt to change the deal, just an honest, straightforward, easy breezy approach to selling a car. Really the best.

I purchased my first truck from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in 2014. That purchasing experience, the truck itself and all the service I received over 5 years was the best. On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some cosmetic paint scratches and scrapes on my front bumper which I knew would cost me dearly if I took it to a body shop. I even considered the repair myself. I looked up the "how to" on youtube, researched the matching Hyundai paint, primer and gloss by code( which ended up apprx. $200.00 for my time, paint ,etc) and I'm sure that would have been a mess. Jimmy gave me a great price which I knew was part of the expectation of a new vehicle lease but it was still appreciated. When the deal didn't happen (I still have 1 year on the lease so it just didn't make sense now) Jimmy not only honored his offer, but couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful about it! When I picked up my car, it totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. The paint and repair looks showroom new. He even had the car completely detailed. I wash my car often and this was a special clean up. Mr. Tonelli, like many others I have met in my 6 years of business with Earnhardt, is a man of his word, and epitomizes all the best in customer service! He made me feel like their best customer. On a recent visit to Earnhardt Hyundai Scottsdale to discuss a trade-in on my Sonata Limited lease, Jimmy Tonelli inspected my car and noticed some cosmetic paint scratches and scrapes on my front bumper which I knew would cost me dearly if I took it to a body shop. I even considered the repair myself. I looked up the "how to" on youtube, researched the matching Hyundai paint, primer and gloss by code( which ended up apprx. $200.00 for my time, paint ,etc) and I'm sure that would have been a mess. Jimmy gave me a great price which I knew was part of the expectation of a new vehicle lease but it was still appreciated. When the deal didn't happen (I still have 1 year on the lease so it just didn't make sense now) Jimmy not only honored his offer, but couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful about it! When I picked up my car, it totally exceeded any expectation I may have had. The paint and repair looks showroom new. He even had the car completely detailed. I wash my car often and this was a special clean up. Mr. Tonelli, like many others I have met in my 6 years of business with Earnhardt, is a man of his word, and epitomizes all the best in customer service! He made me feel like their best customer. A difficult decision made easy

I was hoping to make my old car last for the few years I expect to be driving, but that wasn't to be. Buying a new car was a totally new experience for me, so I asked my son to help. We have lived in the valley for about five years now. We have been pretty disappointed with the service we have received at repair shops and dealers... until now. The first time I came her for repairs they diagnosed and fixed it the same day. It wasn’t a small repair either (out of spec front axle shaft on my 2017 explorer). I've been using Earnhardt since buying my Ram diesel from Earnhardt in 2006. Initially because it was under warranty and then simply because I trusted them to do the work for a fair price. My service advisors have changed over the years. Currently, and maybe for 8 - 10 years, it's been my very great pleasure to work with Rosemary Serna. I've come to trust her implicitly for reminding me of work that needed to be done as well as seeing that miscellaneous repairs that have cropped up are done. I've never felt like I've been up-sold on a repair. Rose simply sees to it that work that is advisable or necessary is done. I've since moved out of state but have returned to have work done by Earnhardt's shop team and because I trust that Rose will advise me wisely of what else may be good to have done. Although there is a Dodge dealership where I currently live, I much prefer and trust Rose and the Earnhardt shop crew in getting the job done correctly. I love Earnhardt. Every other dealership experience, from the purchase to the service, has always been horrid and just wrong. I trust Earnhardt to get me the best deal, and continue giving me a great experience because that’s what they do here. I went in for an oil change recently and worked with Hank. He was great! It was supposed to take about an hour until Hank brought to my attention that my 2018 Terrain had a recall on the parking system. He estimated that it would add on another hour if I wanted to fix it in that visit, so I gave him the go ahead. Just a half hour later Hank comes back to tell me my car is finished, way earlier than expected. He was able to get underneath the lift to program the parking system WHILE they were doing the oil change just so that I could leave closer to the original time that was estimated. My Terrain now parks itself like a breeze. Thank you Hank, and everyone at Earnhardt!

I was in the market and priced out a few different trucks at a couple different dealers around the east valley. I also looked at reviews of service because Sales could be great but service sub par but these guys have great reviews comparatively. Earnhardt had the real price listed online and when we spoke it was no BS that was the price. I inquired, talked to Justin laid it all out with realistic expectations and boom him and Richard made it happen. I came in to the dealer there was no haggling or coming back at me with the “Well you gotta get this and that..” they offered me options I chose what I wanted and they didn’t push anything I didn’t want on me. Excellent customer service and excellent sales experience. Then after the purchase I got follow up from Justin, his sales manager, Richard in finance and the General manager to make sure I liked my truck and all was well or if I couldn’t figure something out inside it or anything. I really like Earnhardt. Everyone is really nice here, and very accommodating. I overheard one of the salesman doing everything they could to help someone out when there was a misunderstanding somewhere in-house, and it was really great. I have always been treated respectfully here, and as a woman that is very important. All of the sales dept. is very kind and helpful, and Andre the finance manager is a great guy. They will work with you as best they can to get the price down on a vehicle so your loan will be accepted. We walked out of here a few months back with a new car and an extended warranty, while still owing money on our trade. They took care of that, and now we have equity! Our first service went very well (oil change/tire rotation/inspection), and the $17 silver wash pretty much made my car look like new. I even saw that a guy who has a special order Chevy Camaro comes to Ford because he likes their wash service! Thanks to Kevin in Service for being so kind and spending time talking to me about anything and everything! He is also respectful of women, and they don't try to oversell anything. I've taken my vehicle elsewhere and being a woman I have been told that it needs a list of things even if it's not true so I'm comfortable taking it back to Earnhardt's Lexus because they are honest. I have taken my car to Bell Lexus too and they double charge you because they are sitting on prime property in north Scottsdale so I refuse to take my vehicle there anymore. Just bought a 2019 Soul from Peoria Kia. Mark Cronk, their internet sales manager was my initial contact and he shepherded me and my wife through the process - almost effortlessly. I'd like to think of myself as sort of an Arab camel trader in the car buying process - I actually enjoy the back and forth of negotiation, and shopping multiple dealerships, as opposed to what dealers like to call 'a hassle-free experience'. Turns out you can play at being a camel trader and still have a hassle-free experience at Peoria Kia. They treated me the way I wanted to be treated - honest negotiation with no games .
