My experience with the team at Earnhardt Lexus was great. I saw a car that I liked online ( Lexus IS 250 ) and went to the dealership to inquire about it. Illyah made the process seamless, and was very professional while assisting me. She went above and beyond when answering the questions that I had, and showed me a variety of features that I had not known about beforehand. I have previously bought a car online, and I can assure you that I am much happier with the interactions that I had and the vehicle that I purchased at this dealership. Being able to see the car in person and ask questions about it is much better. Aria called to follow up about my experience with the vehicle so far, which was a great touch. I have had the car for about a month now and I love it. I recommend Earnhardt if you are in the valley and looking for a Lexus.

First of all this dealership is a Class Act everyone I ran into had a positive attitude and was friendly specifically Roberto and Larry Nichols. From the moment I walked in as a brand new customer to Cadillac, I felt like family. I've bought many cars from many different dealerships around the valley and I've never been treated with more respect and personal care than here at Earnhardt Cadillac. The entire process was quick, easy, painless, and overall enjoyable. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed even as small as needing a sunroof. Refreshing conversation in between paperwork. My complete experience was fantastic. Larry and Roberto by far are the most respectable and trustworthy individuals I've ever encountered buying a car. Jeep renegade latitude

This is the first car that I bought that I own myself, the other car was a lease from Volkswagen across the street and both are owned by Earnhart. Both dealerships are great but Jeep has earned my respect and business everything promised when I bought the Jeep renegade was done and have no problems with the car. Sean was the first person to ask if I needed help and all I wanted to do was a test drive and wanted no hassle doing that. He is the only one that wasn’t pushy with me with my lease being up I was looking for cars and had sales people ask me what I dislike about my car and all the cons to it. Sean exceed my expectations with buying a car and knowing people have bad experience and when I was looking for cars it was hair pulling to just drive a car without having to answer a ton of questions and actually not getting any phone calls every like some other places I test drive. it was truly easy buying the car, I expect it to be more of a struggle to buy one. I am young for my age and most people that I talk to always feel like I am talked down and not taken serious but Sean wasn’t like that he treated me extremely well, when I first test drove the car he told me that I won’t get spammed with phone calls by him and it was true which is huge. I enjoy driving the Jeep renegade 2018 latitude and having Joey and Nick help me out if there are ever any problems fix them fast and glad I choose this dealership here. Carrie was able to ordered multiple parts that ended up being scratch while shipping after the third one she was finally able to get a good pair for my car and said she went and got it and hide it inside her office. I have even taken it off roading frequently and surprising the place I go to I haven’t gotten stuck I know the trail is easy/medium difficulty for it but I honestly though I would have gotten stuck in the deep sand. When the trail has holes deeper then your tires I can choose a path and avoid have the path and choose a better line and able to keep changing it to avoid certain parts, I have scraped underneath the plastic black guard which is fine since I take it off roads and hardly noticeable. You will need a spotter to guide you down. It is funny to see the razors RZR and UTV and not one would wave at me after passing 20 of them with a surprised look as I drove past at the end of the trail that was the best thing that has happened so far.

I recently paid attention to a possible recall on a part for my 2013 Hyundai, I went and checked my VIN number and my auto was recalled. I call the Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale Dealership where I bought my car and I trust 100%. I made an appointment and to my surprise I was scheduled within a few days. Norm my Service Person, welcomed me as if I was part of his family. (Earnhardt makes me feel that way.) Norm offered an oil change and wanted to know if he would wash my car to top it off. Thanks Norm for taking care of me as if I was your Mom. Norm also mention my 90,000 mile check up is due, my social security check, I will have to sock away a $100.00 a month for 4 or 5 months and I will return. Thank you Earnhardt Family for taking me under your wing of A+ Care!

I really liked the whole car purchase "experience" here. New car shopping isn't really fun, especially as one gets close to final decision and the financing process. But, Curtis was absolutely the best salesman we have ever dealt with, no pressure, easy going, genial, patient, very explanatory about a vehicle's capabilities, the perfect match to our rather finicky and sometimes impatient shopping. The negotiation and final price workings were very calm and well explained, and we were in and out of financing in 10 minutes. We didn't settle for a second best vehicle, we are getting exactly what we want, and the setup and execution of sales here made that possible for us. Curtis gets 5 stars, easy, with the dealership right behind.

Great Customer Service

We purchased our 2012 Venza from them in 2014. They have performed all the required Warranty services for it. We also took our 2005 Avalon with a 165K miles for repairs, until we sold it in June. They now get our 2011 Avalon where they have performed the periodic services and Safety Recall Service, as well. We are very pleased with Earnhardt Toyota Scion in Mesa, AZ.

Ray was absolutely fabulous! I came in to their dealership with an attitude and ready to fuss. But Joe and Ray were very good. They explained what they could and couldn’t do. Reassured me that they were here for me. There was definitely “no bull”. They were straight shooters. I have already told family, friends and coworkers where to go. Even when I went to go do my finance and final documentation it was a smooth experience. Ken was great. The front desk receptionist was amazing as well. Wow! What a great experience. I looked all over the country for a very specific car for my wife and found the exact one at Earnhardt. I worked over the phone and on email with Jeff Moe in the sales department. It is always very stressful buying a car from another state without being able to see, smell and drive the car for yourself. Jeff was very responsive and diligently answered my questions and sent me pictures, and gave me his word that the car was in excellent shape so we put a deal together at a price I was happy to pay. A couple days later the car arrived on a transport and my wife was really happy with the car. There were a couple of issues with the car that I would have seen had I been there in person. We discussed these and Jeff took care of those the best he could, even sending me a new OE mud guard to replace the one that was torn up pretty bad. Overall, a great experience. Only place to buy a Cadillac!

I went in asking for the impossible. Instead of ushering me out, they kept working to help me purchase my new Cadillac XT6. I was a automobile sales manager for 40 years in the Midwest, so I naturally shopped several Cadillac dealerships. They not only gave me the best deal, but also the best treatment!! My wife and I had been shopping a while for a Hyundai Veloster. Had a bad experience at another Hyundai dealership then came to SanTan Hyundai. Cole Avenetti was great to work with. He was friendly and treated us with respect. He listened to our needs and pointed out the differences between the Veloster models we were considering. He went over the sale price of the car and explained the current Hyundai offers. Once we picked a car, the color we wanted was not in stock. But Cole made a few calls and was able get what we wanted just a few days later. Awesome Car Buying Experience

I have seen Earnhardt commercials and didn't believe them because I have had a lot of stress buying cars at other Toyota dealerships. However, when I bought my 2019 Land Cruiser in October 2019 at Earnhardt Toyota, I have the best experience (no hassle, no useless negotiation, fair value for my trade-in, no pressure in Finance....). My salesperson (Adam) is Awesome. If you go there to buy a car, check him out!

I have not had good luck in the past. This all changed with Tiana Dela Cruz. She is by far the most detailed and attentive Advisor I have ever felt with. Through many dealers I have been too in AZ. Did 2020 Hyundai Elentra test drive with Gregg Wolf on 1st day. Went home and next day asked various dealers via email/internet to give me a price as well as Gregg. Showed up next day and completed all paper work with Gregg, Thomas Anderson(Internet Sales) and Kyle Stark(Finance) with no up selling high pressure tactics, which Gregg had already started from the previous day, so it made time to complete much shorter, When completing final finance/closing docs the team presented options with details and let it to me to make the decision, again no high pressure sales tactics. Thomas did very through high level review of all manuals that are delivered with the car. In addition, Thomas did a very through review of all car controls as well as linking my daughters phone to the car. We opened the car hood and the motor was slightly dusty, which I didn't think was an issue, but Thomas stated this was unacceptable and sent the car back to the prep/detail team and had the engine compartment cleaned. This impressed me, due to this shows you the attention to detail and integrity this dealership and Thomas have. Several days later Thomas called to follow up on any concerns or issues, which shows their attention to customer satisfaction. Overall I was very pleased with my interaction with Gregg, Thomas and Gregg and the teamwork, quality and service we received. I went in to have a warning light checked. Turned out to be nothing, I also asked them about a repair that I was told I needed from my local ford dealership. They had me pull my in so they could take a look at it. They ended up fixing my skid plate. I love my new 2019 Ford Expedition Max. It has lots of room and especially fits full size luggage bags and coolers in the rear. Works great for car seats and is easy to maneuver inside to assist the kids. I also like the reclining rear seats for long trips along with lots of tech features. I had to travel from Northern Arizona to Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai due to the dealership in my hometown unable to provide services. Again San Tan Hyundai and Paul in the Service Department did a fantastic job for me when I returned for them to put in a rain sensor, replacing the one that didn't work. Paul greeted us as soon as we pulled up, showed us to the waiting area and let us know roughly how long it would take to replace the part. It ended up taking less than 45 minutes. My husband and I have been to several dealerships and walked out, I understand people have to make a sale but I don’t have time for that, our time is valuable! I’ve purchased two vehicles here within the last 2 years. Each time the process was painless and fairly quick considering you basically have to sign your life away whenever you purchase a vehicle. The salesmen have never been overbearing and they treat you like family. I’m don’t think I would be able to go to another dealership if I tried. Recently I traded in my Jeep early. I was in a 3 year lease and they helped me get out of the lease without having to pay penalties. I’m now in a brand new 2019 Durango GT and I love it! Getting rid of my Rubicon was definitely difficult but they helped make it sting a little less painful. GO SEE CHUCK! My entire experience was great. Management, sales and yes even finance. This might seem crazy but my deal was done over email & text. I was surprising my husband with a new truck. We took our Volkswagen EOS into the Service Department due to the Airbag module light coming on and seat recognition control module on passenger front seat. My husband drove our other car so we could run some errands while they were fixing the issue - thinking it would be a long time. Pleasant surprise it only took less than 2 hours and even more of a surprise was that it was fixed at no cost to us. Shelby was checking us out and was very helpful when we ask why our Airbag module light came on. She explained to us that if we took our battery out over the summer (which we did) it affects the connections. We were impressed with the friendly & quick service. But even more impressed when Shelby called us later to let us know that if that happen again - they have batteries at reasonable costs that have a warranty that we might want to do in the future. Wandered into the dealership on a Monday afternoon and picked up the car on Tuesday. Dealt with Brad Burnham and Sales Manager Tony Femiano. Excellent service. Brad spent over an hour with me on Monday walking me through the car's features (a new Genesis G80 Sport) and out on a test drive. I came focused on that particular model and they had a number of options available for me. By the time I returned home they had identified a car that fit my parameters perfectly and offered significant discounts and included trading in two cars that I wanted to offload. The collection of the car was easy (complete with a bow on the car in the prep area) with a quick but thorough review of the car's key features. And the general paperwork process was smooth (even allowing for the 30 or so documents that required signature!) with no pressure to sign up for extra "stuff". All in, a smooth and pleasant process!

I’m a fresh bankruptcy case. My credit had gotten abused before I could even use it. I cane in with the intention of only inquiring about a more updated vehicle because the one I have I’m paying more than what it’s worth. I was looking for something more reliable because I have a young daughter. I spoke with Jeremy and Matthew mostly but everyone there was pleasant and welcoming. I wasted a gull day at the Honda dealer a little ways up the road so I was skeptical at first. After being turned away. Matthew stopped me on the way out saying he heard my situation and wanted to explain a few things to me on how this bankruptcy thing works as far as getting a new vehicle. Was there for no more than 4 hrs and I was able to get a good deal. The car is not brand new however it’s a staring point to start rebuilding my credit. I’m saving 200 a month compared to my other car payment and also I’m now able to afford full coverage. Jeremy snd Matthew really helped me out and their customer service was AMAZING. I’m ever so grateful that I chose to walk in that day. The cars body has no damage to it and the interior is extremely clean. The tires are brand new and everything on the inside works. Took my truck in because it was making weird noises from the suspension. Although I had to wait a while for a suspension tech to work on a Saturday it ended up being alright. Days ago the General Manager of Rodeo Ford reached out to me about my buying experience. I was a difficult customer and was treated very well during my experience. I returned early to an appointment and my salesman was not yet in, another salesman immediately stepped in to help. The business office was similarly helpful, with little of the upwelling one normally experiences. They were upfront with the actual invoices etc and made the experience as easy as possible. In a prior review from a routine service visit I mentioned that I had an overdue issue that had not been addressed and calls and emails not responded to. Within 2 hours of submitting the review, Mike Southern called me and scheduled an appointment at my convenience to get the issues resolved (window tinting). Went in for service on my 2019 Santa Fe and ended up leaving later that day with a 2020 Palisade Limited. Has to be the best buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. Everyone is typically afraid of dealing with sales people as was myself because it’s not fun.. NOT IN THIS CASE!! The Commercial truck and motor home service manager was the most outstanding person I’ve ever had look at my vehicle! Evidently, Earnhardt Ford has the most advanced diagnostic service I’ve ever seen. The manager did a really good write up to let me know exactly what was wrong with my truck. Wow, where do I start off with Earnhardt Kia? I was in the market for a new vehicle, specifically looking for the new 2020 Kia Telluride SX. I came across Earnhardt online due to their inventory having EXACTLY what I wanted, luckily. With this vehicle being the last one in Arizona for a while, I took a chance and contacted Earnhardt Kia via email and was connected with a very professional and awesome internet sales manager by the name of Maryann. She kept me updated about the status of the vehicle each and every day, she not only went above and beyond to keep in contact with me EVEN when she got sick, but she took pictures of the vehicle for me both inside and out and the window sticker price. While she was out, John was able to assist me and help in any way he could while she was out. She was straight forward with information but detailed about other things that grabbed my interest in the Telluride. Once I got there, she instantly took me to her desk and we went over some information. Then she suggested that I go for a test drive. I didn't even have to ask, she was the one that suggested it which was awesome. Very descriptive about the vehicle and everything that it had to offer. There was never pressure from Maryann to buy this vehicle, nor did she try and sneak in add ons to it that I didn't ask for unlike previous dealers I've gone to. Everything was quick, easy, and to the point. She truly is the best dealer that I've worked with when it has come to buying a new car. Amanda from the service department was simply outstanding. Buying our Grand Cherokee from this dealership was already a great choice, but the follow up services are even more important in my opinion. This lady is always on the job and ensures requests and requirements are completed in an outstanding manner. Additionally, we had a problem with the blue tooth and suddenly could not get our phones to work. Without hesitation she went with my wife, and within 5 minutes solved the problem. This might not seem like a big deal, but was important to us. Others tried so solve the problem and couldn't! Amanda did it within 5 minutes, and it is still working. Recently purchased a used 2016 Ford F-150 from Earnhardt Chrysler. My experience was great, with Angel Ramirez as my sales person and I felt like I received a good deal on the Truck. But here's where the story gets good. About 10 days after purchasing the vehicle, the sun roof malfunctioned and would not seal shut. I took it back to the dealership fully expecting that would have to take the gloves out and fight to have it fixed. I couldn't have been more wrong, sales arranged for the service department to inspect the sun roof and informed me they would be taking care of the issue. They made the repairs at zero cost to me! What's more is that the repairs were rather costly with parts and labor, but Earnhardt totally took care of it. I would recommend the Earnhardt group to anyone who asks and will be car shopping here in the future.
