Nate in the Service Department

Nate in the service department provided the type of customer service we all dream of, but fail to get in this day and age. He called when he said he would, he updated us, he followed up, and really just made the extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied. One of those experiences that you just can't get over...and appreciate so much. We all love to give someone a poor review, but don't take the time to give someone a great review, and our experience with the Rodeo Ford Service department, and our person Nate...was great!

Quick Lane Service

Great folks working there and very attentive to needs and questions. No pressure sales pitches which is a huge plus. The after 2 pm discounts are also fantastic for those of us who have to make our service appointments later in the day.

Outstanding service and follow up

We have purchased vehicles from this dealership before and have never been disappointed. Allen in the service department is always there when we need help, and he has never failed us in advising corrective actions needed for our vehicles. We just bought another 2018 Grand Cherokee, and Sean was our sales representive. He was simply outstanding and patient while my wife made up her mind as to which jeep she wanted. There was no sale pressure, he just wanted us to be sure and happy about our choice. Richard from finance was really helpful and answered every question we had. He walked us through the entire contract, and he made it simple and advised me correctly when I asked about extended warranties. We bought only what we needed for the extra time we felt we would keep the jeep past the 3 year/36 month time frame. It was the honesty, no pressure, and caring attitude of people like these guys that keep us coming back to this dealership.

Great service. I have a 2012.. recently moving to the area I was hopeful to have a good relationship with the local Honda dealer for service. I only service my car at Honda and have always had a good experience. Alvin became my service rep and he is wonderful. They did a great job with the maintenance. I loved the fact they returned my car clean (inside and out). No other place I would have my car serviced.

Jackie lee was my advisor and she made sure that they checked my vehicle for the vibration as well as my oil change. She let me know my tires were rotated and the tires and brakes were still good. Jackie even looked up to see if there was anything written with Kia about the vibration and there wasn’t. The mechanic reset the transmission and the vibration has stopped. Thank you

What a difference in dealerships. Head west on Bell Road and that dealer’s service department is constantly trying to sell something at higher prices. “You need new wiper blades,” and I say, “Can I show my receipt from three months ago?” I say I got a fuel service from a 40 year old local southwest chain for $250 less than you the dealer and they say, “You get what you pay for.” Those are actual incidents. Now head to Rodeo Hyundai. I’d had a routine oil change at my local chain where I've been going for 13 years, (which the Bell Road dealer almost demands I do with them or risk warranty problems.) Chain said they saw a small transmission fluid seep. Brought it to Justin at Rodeo and he said it was overfilled but fine. Did a full checkup.Here’s your bill. $0. No up-sell pressure, friendly and direct and made me feel assured the car is fine. That was Justin. He understood that for routine stuff, it’s closer and easier for me to drive two miles for a slightly less costly oil change than 14 miles. I’m retired and watch my pennies. It’s a respected chain. For the big stuff it will now be Rodeo and Justin. Pleasant service and no hard sell. Thanks.

Ariel is a great service advisor

I always am hesitant when a service advisor starts stacking up things that need to be done to my car when I come in for a routine oil change. But my last experience with Ariel makes me think that he does not operate in such a fashion. He was honest, polite and trustworthy. Car was ready on time and with no extra unnecessary service. I just took my IS350 in for an oil change and a quick look over since I had just purchased it from a private party. My service adviser's name was also Josh and he took great care of me. Salesman Cole was awesome!

Yesterday I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab 4x2 with the 5.7L V8 in the True Blue Pearlcoat. I worked with salesman Cole Avenetti at this location. Prior to shopping there, I had HORRIBLE experiences at other valley Dodge/Ram dealerships where they told me an out-the-door price before coming down and then tried to tack on thousands of dollars worth of hidden fees once I told them I was putting half down (they don't say it on their site but apparently with the other dealerships if you're putting more than 10% down they take away many of the discounts/rebates) and on top of that tried to get me to take a 9.49% APR because I was a first-time lender on a brand new vehicle and that excluded me from the "well qualified buyer", despite saying that nowhere on the disclaimers. I can say that I dealt with absolutely none of that shady sales tactics or money shuffling garbage at Earnhardt. Cole was absolutely amazing in working me up an out-the door price beforehand since I lived across the valley, which ended up being about $900 less when I got down there because he had done some of his early estimations high. He worked this out for me knowing that I was bringing in my own financing through my bank, who had approved me for 4.8%. He was extremely personable and friendly, made sure I met the service crew and everyone I would be dealing with during future visits. Explained every aspect of the truck in great detail and broke down every step of the new vehicle buying process for me in a way that was simple. I can honestly say that this was a night and day difference from my experiences at the other dealerships. At no point did I feel like just a number like I did at one dealership with the initials B.L., I felt like a valued customer at Earnhardt. It's hard now days to go into a sales environment and just be treated like a human. I will happily be referring all of my friends and family to this location, giving them Cole's direct contact info and even though it was a 2.5 hour drive, it is well worth the drive when I find myself in the market for another truck or Dodge/Ram family product. Thanks Cole! Thanks Earnhardt! If I could give you an even higher rating I would!

Speedy Service for Recall Service

Great experience, friendly customer service and overall would recommend. I almost gave up on all Lexus dealers in Arizona after prior experience with Bell Lexus which are the worst. Both Arrowhead and Scottsdale. Terrible service all around; not the case with Earnhardt!

Fantastic!

The service here is always fantastic! I brought my Passat in due to the turbo system suddenly making audible noise in the cabin. Turns out a seal had not been properly installed when my windshield was replaced by Safelite allowing for the noise to filter through. The service team reinstalled the part correctly and sent me on my way without charging me. It's little things like this that build loyalty. Thanks guys!

2018 Kia Soul Plus

I bought a new 2018 Kia Soul Plus from John Ahern at Earnhardt Kia in Phoenix a little over a week ago. The Soul is great and John worked with me via email, phone and in person. Buying a car from San Tan Hyundai was an absolute joy. My wife and I were in the market and Ken Rothe was able to talk to us about all the options and cars that would fit our needs. When we took the test drive he knew everything about the car inside and out. He was walking us through all the different options we could get as well. We ultimately got a Hyundai Tucson and absolutely love it. Ken was super helpful through the whole process. When we got down to signing all the paperwork it was such a breeze. Dave Mchone made the process easy and told us about all the different options we could get for our Tucson. We added a extra items for our car and we feel like it was a great decision. I have owned multiple Toyotas. All 4 of my Toyota vehicles have used Earnhardt for service. They have always taken wonderful care of me, even though none of those 4 vehicles were purchased at their dealership. Over the years I have experienced wonderful customer service, excellent communication, good deals at times on items like tires (cheaper than Costco & Walmart!) and trust regarding what my vehicles needed. While I have always been a fan of their service department, I was never able to get them to write what I felt was a "good deal" and purchased vehicles elsewhere. Last week, I was considering trading my Honda Odyssey in for a Toyota Sienna - the reason I ended up in the Honda was because I got a much better deal for that purchase. I have always wanted to be back in a Toyota van, and I reached out to Earnhardt. I was fortunate enough to have Shane answer that phone call. I have three children under the age of three - my 3 year old, 10 mo old and a 7 mo old foster child. I explained to Shane what I was looking to accomplish with as little time as possible in the dealership due to the kiddos. Shane took my call seriously ( as another dealer did not!) and jumped into action, securing me a fantastic deal. He never pressured me once. He was friendly, knowledgable and all around awesome. Anyone looking for a vehicle MUST go see Shane!!! I have purchased MANY vehicles in my 25 years of driving history - I have only ever felt compelled to write a review on a salesman one other time. All of those other experiences have been your typical transaction. Shane however went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience, standing out from all of my other transactions.

I am one of those people that just dreads car buying. I think, unless you are extremely wealthy, car buying is always stressful. We had decided on the truck we wanted and try to coordinate most of our purchase by phone. There was some confusion with our trade in when we finally came in to look at the truck. As soon as we expressed our concerns the sales, finance and management team immediately worked hard to get the sale back on track and help us finance our vehicle of choice. I can't begin to thank enough Ben in the sales department, Jason in the management department. Plus, of course, my favorite finance guy Rory. I made an appointment with Gary. He was waiting for me with one of the cars that I had mentioned to him. We test drove it. I asked him all of the questions that I had and he answered them quickly and confidently. He was very knowledgeable about all of the Hyundai’s. He was patient as I was making my decision by looking at several cars. Finally I made my decision. Then we went right to the paperwork, which is usually the worse part but it wasn’t at all. Thanks to the Earnhardt Service Mechanic who finally fixed my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. I had taken the vehicle in many times in the past and the issue with the Air Conditioner was finally fixed. The Air Conditioner Would all of a sudden just start blowing air out of the bottom heater vents. It was finally determined to be the actuating Solenoids that operate the Blending Doors. These solenoids were found to be defective and replaced under warranty. All is good now. Thanks again.

I've had my 2013 Hyundai Genesis serviced at Rodeo Hyundai twice. The first was for an oil/filter change. The service rep work with me and even found a $10.00 off coupon for me that I didn't know was available. The oil change was quickly done and the inspection was thorough. The second service time was for a 60,000 mile check up. The service rep worked with me to determine exactly what needed to be done. Some items like tire rotations were performed by the store where I purchased the tires and didn't need to be duplicated. There was a question about the transmission servicing. The head mechanic was called to answer my questions. So far I have been very pleased with the experiences with Rodeo Hyundai. I'll be coming back and recommending the dealership to my friends. (BTW the donuts are fresh and the coffee is black and hot.)

A nice surprise

I have a 2013 XTS and the locks on the drivers door no longer worked. My husband just got our of the hospital and I had to have a car at all times. They delivered a loaner to the house and picked it up when the car was done. I had been quoted a cost of $450 and expected that because I have learned that all work on a Cadillac is expensive. When they called that the car was ready and that they would be bring it out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was only a $100 deductible fee because it was still under warranty. I had thought that the warranty had expired and was happy that they took the time to check it out for me.

My wife and I went into Earnhardt Toyota on Memorial Day. The place was spotless and they had coffee, donuts and popcorn available. We met with the sales Manager Joe Masiello. Fantastic car buying experience

I had gone to two other Kia dealerships with horrible experiences at both. I was hesitant to go to another especially since this one was quite a drive for me. We had been talking to internet sales associate Steven for a week prior to going to the dealership. We had told him which car we wanted and we made sure with him the car would be available at the price advertised before we would make the trip down there. Steven assured that this would happen. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership and had the most incredible experience. There was truly no haggling and BS when buying my 2019 Sorento LX. The only quibble I have is with the way they price their service, they give you a price for, say an oil change, but they don't include the disposal charges. I know, just about everyone does it that way but a business that gives you honest up front pricing will always get my business over one that doesn't. I had no idea that my car would still be covered by the factory warranty and that it was transferable to me. They didn't have to tell me that but they did.They only know one way to treat a customer and it is excellent, regardless if you purchased your vehicle elsewhere. I have to drive 40 minutes to have my vehicle serviced and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. It is definitely worth it.

I started using Tex Earnhardt's Dodge Dealership Service Department circa 20 years ago when they were located on Arizona Avenue. Their current location offers more brands for sale and a much larger service facility than its predecessor. Frequently, when a dealership grows to huge proportions from its original state, the service department does not expand proportionally to the demand created for service; resulting in long wait times for automotive maintenance. This does not apply to the Earnhardt CJDR facility. There stands 3 service lanes prepared to in-process ones vehicle for maintenance. The lanes are manned by a platoon of specialist entering your car, Jeep or truck into their system. My vehicles when enrolled for service are frequently completed in an hour or two from entry. I currently take my third RAM and third Jeep to Earnhardt for servicing and they receive the same quality handling as the first two of each respective brand. .

Outstanding Sales Department

It has been over 8 years since I have purchased a new car. I typically avoid dealerships, but I was so impressed with my overall experience with the sales department at Earnhardt. I spent many online hours researching a RX450H and made up my mind that I wanted to purchase one. The only problem was that I was very picky with my color choice on a fully loaded 450H. I did a first test drive at Bell Lexus, but the color combination was not my favorite. They did present a lease and purchase offer. That night I filled an online request on the Earnhardt Lexus website. I was impressed to receive a phone call from Stephen Bennett with internet sales shortly after 8am. Within a few minutes, he was able to locate the exact 450H for me out of state. Within an hour, he presented a lease and purchase offer that beat the Bell Lexus offer. He answered all my questions. Doug Ebner sales manager followed up the next day, and when Bell Lexus could not get the same car for me, I made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Mike Testani took care of me in sales. He answered all my questions and he made me feel relaxed. And to top off an already perfect experience, they had the car ready for me to pick-up in 3 days. Cole went over all the features and the owenership transfer was so clean and professional, that I was left feeling reassured that a dealership can go above and beyond to please a customer. Problems with Ford Focus after dust storm

Fan in 2017 Ford Focus making loud noise and vibration after getting caught in major dust storm. Called Heather who got me a Saturday appointment to bring it in for an oil change and change the air filter. She was nice enough to say that if the filter didn't need changing she would not change it. Of course, the filter was brown and it had to be changed. she ran an air pressure hose over the engine to remove a huge amount of dust (Heather said it looked like Little Egypt under the hood!). After I picked it up, I noticed the vibration and noise was still there, so I had her take another look at it. She brought it back to the shop, and found even more dust lodged deep inside the fan, about a cup's worth, that was causing the vibration. She took a special tool and reached as far in as she could to get out all the dust and sand that she could. She told me that there may still be more that she could not see, and to bring it in if the problem reoccurred. It has been running normally since. Heather is great because she appears very knowledgeable, but communicates the problems and fixes to the customer in plain English. As a professional communicator with more than 40 years in public relations, this is a valuable talent in a service technician.

It was the first time I used the new service center, and I was very impressed with the service. Mirna did an outstanding job from the moment I pulled my vehicle in for what was to be a 10,000 mile service. She discovered a problem with the battery (extreme corrosion) on one of the posts. As it turned out the battery and wire harness had to be replaced. The only inconvenience was a longer wait for my vehicle, but considering the fact that it could have stalled somewhere in this heat, I was extremely pleased that it was taken care of on this visit. What a result . . .This dealership handled my claim professionally! Lost my shark fin antenna cover - Took it to a dealership closest to me and they fobbed me off. Didn't bother to inspect the antenna base, told me it was probably knocked off in a car wash and would cost approx $550 to replace. VW San Tan exceeds expectations. A red battery indicator is always a drag. The tech Thomas removed and replaced a blown main fuse and rechecked the charging system. I've had my 2013 Hyundai Genesis serviced at Rodeo Hyundai twice. The first was for an oil/filter change. The service rep work with me and even found a $10.00 off coupon for me that I didn't know was available. The oil change was quickly done and the inspection was thorough. The second service time was for a 60,000 mile check up. The service rep worked with me to determine exactly what needed to be done. Some items like tire rotations were performed by the store where I purchased the tires and didn't need to be duplicated. There was a question about the transmission servicing. The head mechanic was called to answer my questions. So far I have been very pleased with the experiences with Rodeo Hyundai. I'll be coming back and recommending the dealership to my friends. First Thank you to Chad Corr at Rodeo Dodge for a great purchasing experience! I had a truck that fit my needs and was only a few years old. I just wanted to upgrade to a new RAM 1500 sport with pretty much all the gadgets. I saw a limited production hydro blue 1500 at another RAM dealership, but they advertised one price and talked another price once on the lot. I worked with at least 6 other local dealerships and ended up doing a double take when I saw Queen Creek was getting its first dealership! While shopping for a used car, I saw an Infinity G37S coupe on the Internet with low miles, 1 owner, excellent CarFax, and it looked to be in excellent condition. I took a chance by not calling ahead and drove down to the Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac dealership. Lucky for me the car was still there and it looked just as good in person. I met my salespeson, Bill Jurczak, while looking at the car and he told me a few cool things about it that even I didn't know about. I was greeted with a very busy service intake area. However even with the congestion, a young man in a red shirt helped me maneuver through the congestion and checked me right in. My service advisor, Hank, came right over and found out why I was there. After explaining, he got a few details and had me headed to the lounge area in less than 5 minutes. I made myself comfortable and settled in to wait. Within a few minutes of sitting down I got a text message from Hank telling me that if needed him while I was waiting to just let him know. Man, that is service! After a bit, just a little over an hour, Hank was back telling me that it was the auxiliary battery and that it had been replaced at no charge since it was still under warranty. My car was clean and running, and I was a happy camper. This kind of service is why I've purchased all my cars from Earnhardt's since moving to AZ in 1990.

While it took a bit longer to do my service, the staff more than made up for it. Small dealership, which I prefer. The service rep Anthony was awesome, and pointed out that my oils changes were free and that I was due. They handled it that day as well. This is why I buy Cadillac.
