Spectacular!!!

I absolutely hated the experience of buying a new car - HOWEVER, Scott changed all of that - I had in mind what I wanted in a Kia Soul and Scott showed me a couple that fit the bill. Decided on one and he took me through the "technology" on the interior of the car as I am a little tech challenged. Not to worry - he told me if I ever needed help with anything to stop in and he will help. Showed me aroung the dealership, gave me a card for a gentleman in the service department - I was very impressed. I had always been a Toyota girl, but I am happy that I have discovered a great person at Earnhardt Kia in Scott. I would and have recommended him to many of my friends since buying my car and will continue to do so! Thanks so much Scott - see you soon!!!

I don't take my Santa Fe Sport anywhere else

As always, Great service in a timely manner. When I first purchased my Santa Fe Sport I had the clear film on the front end, door sills and rear deck included. As a result every couple of months I get a FREE coupon to bring it in for the "Auto Butler." I don't have to wash, wax or polich the car. They do everything including vacuuming and cleaning the inside windshield. What more can you ask for?

I have always used the Quick Lane to change my oil, this time they had a full detail special for $67 dollars. I was not expecting much but to my surprise it was one of the best details that I have ever received. the even emptied every compartment put the stuff that was in there into a bag cleaned those too. I would highly recommend giving it a try even at full price. Each time you get an oil change you earn dollars that you can redeem so time before last my oil change was free!

The Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac Service and Mechanical Specialist team isn’t merely the best team of auto professionals in the valley, but the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! My entire experience was great, from the Service Manager, Nick Jones, to the Service Advisor, Tim Harris, and last but not least the Technician that performed the labor extensive repairs on my CTS. I usually don’t post names, but these individuals exceeded my highest expectations going above and beyond any professional service team I’ve ever experienced. Rodeo Ford and Leadership, I want to take time to let you know that I had a spectacular experience when I brought my 2018 Ford Escape SE in for service. I lost my car keys and needed a replacement for my Buick. Not only were the service department employees professional and very knowledgeable., the cost of the key was less than anywhere else! They explained about programming the key and my options. I was able to get the key programmed and went back to get a second key as a back up. They helped me again and were so nice. If I ever need GM parts, I am coming back to Earnhardt Cadillac. They were great. :)

My first visit was just so satisfying! We have used other local repair shops for years but decided to try Earnhardt Cadillac in Gilbert and it was the best experience I have had in years. Professional, Courteous & complete. The auto looked the best ever on return and it is running better than ever. In addition I was told by others that the engine had to be changed at about 5-6K. Honestly besides being a new customer to them, I worked as a rental car branch manager to all the dealerships in North Scottsdale and various parts of Phoenix. This dealership is by far the best I have worked with in my experience and my dealership customers would agree. They must take good care of their employees because they stay for a long time and become experts in their craft. Purchase of new 2017 Hyundai

In just over two hours we completed the purchase of our new Hyundai. This included a review of vehicles we were interested in, a drive of the one selected with Ken Rothe, Sales Consultant. After the return to the Dealership, Ken answered any questions we had, obtained the trade in value for our 2010 Tucson, and obtained needed information from us. He introduced us to the Finance Representative, Kyle Stark, for completing the purchase. When finished, Ken had the Tucson readied for us and helped us to transfer items from our 2010 to the 2017 Tucson. Ken completed a very thorough overview of the features of the new Tucson, helped with Pairing of Phone. This purchase was accomplished so efficiently because of the well qualified Sales Consultant and Finance Manager. The Dealership should be extremely pleased with Ken and Kyle for not only their excellent qualifications but for the friendly, courteous and pleasant interaction with new customers.

I loved working with everyone at this dealership! Charlotte Price was SO helpful and patient in all my back and forth decisions on what I was looking for! (sorry about me!) Recent Purchase Made easy and enjoyable!

This is the second car I've purchased from Suk Chang. I didn't consider going to any other dealership or working with a different salesman because Suk makes buying a new Lexus fun and I trust him. Unfortunately we had our brand new GX broken into, however Andrew made the whole experience really easy. He had us drive the car over the next day gave us a loaner and helped out with the insurance company. Highly impressed with his level of compassion with the situation (it was a new car after all) and the detail that he put into fixing our vehicle. They had to replace the leather which took some time but they made it look like it was straight from the factory. Andrew Wilson you were excellent in communication, efficiency and friendliness. I came in for a regular service. Mario saw that there was a crack in my windshield. He took my insurance information and contacted a windshield replacement company for me. They called me later that day to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced. Also, the ability to see my service report online and view and select additional services was really innovative. It helped keep me informed of what was going on with my car and streamlined the process of selecting additional services.

Had an awesome visit with Earnhardt Honda. My appointment was first with the windshield replacement department and secondly with the service department. Arrived at 10 am and left at about 1:30 pm. Both appointment area's were expertly handled by Karyn our Service Writer. Everything was handled concisely and expertly. Chrysler notified us to take our 2017 Pacifica Ltd in to our dealership due to a recall or update on software. We called our Service advisor, Rose Serna. This is a premier Cadillac dealer that I would highly recommend. I have bought a number of Cadillac's and no where have I found a dealer that beats Earnhardt Cadillac. A Great Experience

My experience with Earnhardt Kia has been excellent. Three weeks ago, I went in to have my 2012 Kia Sorento serviced and since I had not eaten that morning, I walked across the street to the QT to get a sandwich. On my return, I made the mistake of walking through the new car parking lot and began looking at some of the sorentos on the lot. A nice gentleman approached me and asked if I had been helped. I politely said no and that I was just looking since my vehicle was being serviced. He asked what I was looking for and I told him and he said, "let me go and see what your (2012) has on it. I preceded to the customer service lounge to eat my sandwich and low and behold, this gentleman, Jason Jordan, drove a 2018 vehicle to the front of the customer service lounge and asked me to come and look at it. This vehicle had so many new features that my vehicle did not have and I thought "WOW, this is a nice vehicle". I refused to get in it as well as drive it. The best part was that Jason told me that I could get the vehicle for the same payment as what I was paying for my 2012. I told Jason that I would go home and discuss this with my husband. I did that and my husband say 'OKAY'. Jason contacted me on Sunday, and we made arrangement for my husband and I to come in on Monday. On Monday, my husband and I drove out with a 2018 Kia Sorento. Jason was a perfect gentleman and salesman. Everything he told us is what we received. He explained some of the new features to us that evening and if I had any questions to not hesitate to call him. I couldn't have had a better salesperson to work with. The finance person, Mike Metcalf, was great. With the additional items that was added, my payment was only $.95 (95 cents) higher than what I had been paying. I would recommend family and friends to Jason Jordan at Earnhardt Kia.

I have serviced our Sonata at this store since it opened. Sales people are informative but don’t push. My relationship with the service department is one I value. The ‘09 Sonata is at the point where it requires more than routine maintenance. This store was reasonably priced and my service writer Norm explained the reason for the repair need, complied with my request to put the old parts in plastic bags in my trunk. I have the same technician each time, Arvin. He has gone on test drives and explained what needed to be done. Once completed the car drove like new. It’s worth the drive to buy and service here. They are fairly priced and very customer focused to retain your business through trust.

Radio and back-up system problem.

I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly when I start the car and put in reverse. I have been able to get the system to work by pushing the blue link button on and than immediately off. This is not a good way to keep the system working. I would like this to be resolved. On March 21st, the first day of spring, this dealership gave me hope that there are still good people in the world and not everyone is out to step over or on you to get ahead. This dealership removed a burden from my life and I am forever grateful. I have two graduate loans, a child recently diagnosed with lupus and I am a single mother. My Land Rover had a bad engine and I went to the dealership where I originally purchased the car and asked them for help. That dealership did not have a heart nor compassion for my circumstance. My child was hospitalized twice within the same year and I chose to fight for my son. I lost hope on the idea of being able to work with a car dealership. Until I met James Jack. He has the best attitude and the best smile. He listened to my fear factors. His transparency saved us time on finding the right car to suit my needs. More important, he had compassion and became my cheerleader. Rafi and his collage of his children’s art work said I’ll try to get you a lower interest rate after I signed off on the paper work. I did not give his comment a second thought because I did not trust that he had a commitment to what he said. Two days later, Rafi called and stated that I needed to return to the dealership and sign new documents because he found me a lower interest rate and that the original contract would still be honored. After thanking God, all I could say was thank you. I previously purchased 3 luxury cars from the dealerships. The difference with this dealership is that I received luxury car treatment, a reliable car and in a way there was a hometown feeling approach to the way everyone interacted with me.

Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee last year from Earnhardts and as previously reported, I was very pleased with Jeff Herber's handling of the deal. At the time, I asked Jeff to identify a Service Advisor that he would recommend, he suggested Daryl Jones and this past week I had the opportunity to engage his services. Besides verifying why I was in for service ( 6 month Butler detail, lube and oil and tire rotation), I asked Daryl about a couple of issues that I was experiencing and he was very patient in explaining the "whys"..One thing I had noticed was a slowness in the shifting pattern when starting to move and Daryl said he had heard this from some other customers and would check to see if there was a warranty recall. We live quite a few miles away from the dealership and so timing for us to pick up the auto was important. Daryl identified the expected completion time, we left and that afternoon, Daryl called me to report that all the work was done on the Cherokee.."Yes he did find a recall on the shifting issue and was taking care of" and this was one hour before the expected time Daryl had quoted....Patience..professional..knowledgeable..and orientation to quality service for the customer are words that I associate with describing Daryl Jones..Thank You Daryl...

Poking around the lot in the SUV area we were soon met by salesperson Fred Sickles. He listened to our wants in an SUV and opened several examples for us to see. The most difficult part of the whole experience was finding the exterior/interior color combination we wanted. Nothing available locally! Searching their database one was located in Tucson but the dealer there already an offer on it. Long story short: San Tan Hyundai never gave up until they located what we wanted all the up in Utah....that took some effort and they bore the cost of trucking it to Phoenix!!!! When it arrived, Fred demonstrated all the features, of which there were many, and sent us on our way after he us registered us with Blue Link, SiriusXM and of course setting up our cell phones. I just wanted my oil and filter changed, I only had 4,200 miles on the truck, but it was a year old. I did not feel comfortable waiting until the indicator came on and worried about my warranty. I was greeted by Tammy, who approached with a friendly smile, and asked how she could be of help. I explained what I wanted, and why. She told me it would be less than an hour and asked if I wanted a free car wash. It was supposed to rain that night so I told her I'd skip it this time. Again she said it was free and guaranteed, if it rained. So I said OK, and thank you. She kept me informed via text all the way, when the tech was done, when it was at the car wash, and when to meet her at the service desk. Crisis Averted!!!

My wife and kids were heading out to California to attend a tournament for our kids, when we discovered the back door hatch on our van wouldn't secure. This situation could have been disastrous. So we drove to Earnhardt Chrysler, explained the issue, and the criticality of us being able to get this issue resolved quickly so they could head to California for the tournament. The Earnhardt staff was very helpful, and friendly, and they fixed the issue in 2 hours. Preventative Maintenance is Thorough

A well deserved 5 star rating! I had preventative maintenance performed on our 2013 Cadillac SRX: oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, battery check, alignment check....I also requested that they change the cabin air filter. We’re from Iowa so I usually have the cabin air filter changed every 40,000 miles, but in Arizona because of climate dust I have it changed every 20,000 miles. Earnhardt Cadillac came to me with pictures of the existing filter and the air intake vent to the AC/Heater blower. A rodent (most likely a roof rat) had been nesting in the area, chewing up the filter and pushing the filter remnants into the blower intake vent. I authorized Earnhardt to disassemble the blower and clean out the intake vent. They also performed an additional check for any damages to electrical harness. Wow, we were fortunate, because no additional damage was discovered! Their charge for correcting the damage and inspection for possible other rodent damage was only for 1 hour of labor, which I know is very customer friendly. Another item that I routinely do when I take vehicles to dealerships, and I believe a test drive should be part of the labor, is to reset the trip odometer. I found that our SRX was actually test driven, because the trip odometer verified it. Earnhardt’s customer service lounge is very relaxing for customers, which is also a nice plus. But for me when I take our vehicle in for preventative maintenance it is all about trust and value while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac proved to me that they perform preventative maintenance. If you live in AZ and your car has a cabin air filter, get it changed! A new filter will extend the life of your AC/Heater blower, and if there are critters where you park your vehicle, you might be as lucky as me by having Earnhardt Cadillac change your filter. PS. If a critter dies in their nesting place in your vehicles blower intake; air freshiners in your car will not eliminate the critter’s decaying odor. A shout out Thank You to Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac!

I have mix feelings for this review, but I acknowledge the experience and outcome overall was generally great. I "bought" the car Sunday, delivery was base on a pre-approval from the dealership. I dealt with the Sales person Scott and mostly Finance person Scott. Scott (finance) told me the deal should be finalized Monday, long story short I didn't get an answer until Wednesday. It didn't finalize until Thursday, but I waited at the dealership what seems like all day to sign off in person. Between those time, I was probably one the annoying customers because I was worried they werent straight forward with me. Great Dealer To Buy From

I have purchased many cars over the years and have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Cole was our salesperson and did a terrific job. First I live in north Scottsdale and the dealership is in south Gilbert. He offered to drive all the way to my home to show the car. We settled on meeting halfway on a Friday afternoon in Tempe at my office. He braved the traffic and let us drive the car for a good 30 minutes before we told him "we were still looking" and off he went. We spent the next 2 weeks driving cars to see what my wife liked and in the end called Cole to see if the car was still available and to our surprise it was. We asked for an " Out the Door" price over the phone and were more than surprised when they gave us an all in quote quite a few thousand dollars less than the asking price as well as a final price with taxes and fees included. It was more than a fair offer and we drove down after my wife got off work and in less than an hour had the paperwork done and my wife driving home in a very nice low miles used car that she absolutely loves. We want to thank the entire team, Cole, Mark and the finance guy who's name escapes me at the moment for making this buying process seamless and enjoyable. I have mix feelings for this review, but I acknowledge the experience and outcome overall was generally great. I "bought" the car Sunday, delivery was base on a pre-approval from the dealership. I dealt with the Sales person Scott and mostly Finance person Scott. Scott (finance) told me the deal should be finalized Monday, long story short I didn't get an answer until Wednesday. It didn't finalize until Thursday, but I waited at the dealership what seems like all day to sign off in person. Between those time, I was probably one the annoying customers because I was worried they werent straight forward with me. In the end, if I didn't stressed out so much, I was in secure loan with a better deal than what was initiated at the beginning. Scott (finance) and the Manager were genuinely kind and patient with me (patience isn't my Forte) as I wanted a deal done no matter what and wasn't leaving until then was my attitude. Let me tell you, I had the vehicle in mind that I wanted, I new what I was willing to pay and knew I wasn’t going to budge on price and then I met Thomas Anderson an online chat representative on Earnhardt’s website. I told him I didn’t want to mess around and travel the 2 hours just to haggle on details or listen to someone talk me up on price. His reply, ok let’s do everything over email and if you don’t like the deal then you simply can just close your browser. Thomas asked me to give him a few moments after I explained in detail what I exactly wanted. Then it happened, I gave him my credit information and within an hour I was agreeing on the sweetest deal I have ever seen in my life. Not only did come in below my price point, he also surprised me with rebates and discounts to make sure I knew he worked hard on this deal for me. If that wasn’t enough, he personal personally drove 2 hours to deliver my new truck and the paperwork to me the next morning! As he pulled up to my work this morning he got out of my truck, smiled and greeted me and began to wipe down the truck so I would be satisfied. This just doesn’t happen at all, I am floored by such a personal touch and high level of excellence that I won’t keep my mouth shut about it, you need to buy from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram if you want to have an experience like mine. I used to go to another dealership's service department, and was always told I would need to leave my car all day for routine service. Even for something as simple as an oil change I would often wait 2 to 3 hours. Since I live in Payson, I'm unable to take advantage of shuttle service. Peoria Kia Did the initialCheck up on my Kia soul. They change the oil looked it over, rotated the tires and had it ready for me within less than two hours. TREMENDOUSLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!

We were just involved in a collision and had to get a new car nearly immediately. Did some quick research on new and 'recently new' vehicles and settled on the Kia Soul. Read all about the available trims and settled on hoping for the 'Plus'. We live in Phoenix, but drove up to Prescott Valley because of positive word of mouth and I have a friend working up there. We got up there literally just before closing on a Friday evening and felt bad about that. We spoke with Bob Haugland (the sales rep) and he took us to the Kia Soul (Base trim) and we looked at it, but immediately move over to the Plus. After driving it we were quite happy. By now, it was way, way after closing time. My wife saw a beautiful black Soul with red trim, but Bob pointed out that it was an 'Exclaim' and maybe not in line with our budget that we stated we wanted to maintain. He let us take it out for a drive anyway and we fell in love with it. The long and the short of this is that this dealership operates like a cohesive, well-oiled team - not a den of high-pressure salesmen, and is actually a joy to work with – from the GM to sales to finance…. Even the detailers! We met the general manager, Chuck Weesner. Now the picture made sense and things fell into place. Attitude reflects leadership. The positive attitude, the amazing level of customer service, coupled with the true goal of trying to match the customer's need with their inventory was demonstrated the entire evening… and after talking with Chuck, it was easy to see where that came from. These guys are all extremely proud of where they work and the product they provide. We did not get out of there until well over 3 hours after closing... and not a word, a look or innuendo was directed to us about 'moving it along' to wrap things up (it was a Friday night!)... Even when we asked additional questions, Bob Haugland was very patient and sat with my wife and thoroughly reviewed operational features as well as safety items (ask about the tow package). Ask about the LEASE options! I have already decided where I am getting our next two cars over the next 5 years, and the saleman that I want to conduct my business with.

I am used to taking a car in for an oil change and leaving with at least a 400 dollar bill. We went in for the oil change, and a recall issue. We told the service manager that we had a slight flutter in our front windows when they were lowered. When we picked up the car, they had fixed the recall issue, changed the oil and changed the window motors in both front windows. They had done a full car check and washed the car. The bill was 45 dollars. Couldn’t believe it! I almost ran to my car before they changed their minds! Anyways, the best dealer visit ever!

I have always used the Quick Lane to change my oil, this time they had a full detail special for $67 dollars. I was not expecting much but to my surprise it was one of the best details that I have ever received. the even emptied every compartment put the stuff that was in there into a bag cleaned those too. I would highly recommend giving it a try even at full price. Each time you get an oil change you earn dollars that you can redeem so time before last my oil change was free!

My wife and kids were heading out to California to attend a tournament for our kids, when we discovered the back door hatch on our van wouldn't secure. This situation could have been disastrous. So we drove to Earnhardt Chrysler, explained the issue, and the criticality of us being able to get this issue resolved quickly so they could head to California for the tournament. The Earnhardt staff was very helpful, and friendly, and they fixed the issue in 2 hours. This was an amazing experience that was well above my expectations. I brought in my Santa Fe Turbo for routine maintenance. The Service Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We purchased a new F250 sight unseen from NM. My husband did all the negotiating over the phone. Butch answered all his questions very quickly, even via text. The numbers we got over the phone were the numbers we got when it was all said and done. A well deserved 5 star rating! I had preventative maintenance performed on our 2013 Cadillac SRX: oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, battery check, alignment check....I also requested that they change the cabin air filter. We’re from Iowa so I usually have the cabin air filter changed every 40,000 miles, but in Arizona because of climate dust I have it changed every 20,000 miles. Earnhardt Cadillac came to me with pictures of the existing filter and the air intake vent to the AC/Heater blower. A rodent (most likely a roof rat) had been nesting in the area, chewing up the filter and pushing the filter remnants into the blower intake vent. I authorized Earnhardt to disassemble the blower and clean out the intake vent. They also performed an additional check for any damages to electrical harness. Wow, we were fortunate, because no additional damage was discovered! Their charge for correcting the damage and inspection for possible other rodent damage was only for 1 hour of labor, which I know is very customer friendly. Another item that I routinely do when I take vehicles to dealerships, and I believe a test drive should be part of the labor, is to reset the trip odometer. I found that our SRX was actually test driven, because the trip odometer verified it. Earnhardt’s customer service lounge is very relaxing for customers, which is also a nice plus. But for me when I take our vehicle in for preventative maintenance it is all about trust and value while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac proved to me that they perform preventative maintenance. If you live in AZ and your car has a cabin air filter, get it changed! A new filter will extend the life of your AC/Heater blower, and if there are critters where you park your vehicle, you might be as lucky as me by having Earnhardt Cadillac change your filter. PS. If a critter dies in their nesting place in your vehicles blower intake; air freshiners in your car will not eliminate the critter’s decaying odor.
