The Right Vehicle at the Right Price

I was shopping on-line for a 2018 Jeep JK with the Willys package and Earnhardt had the exact vehicle at the best price around. I live in Tucson and used the Jeep.com site to shop all the dealers within a hundred miles and Earnhardt beat everyone in price and selection. Cole Avenetti was very easy to work with, no pressure, just helpful and knowledgeable. The deal came together very quickly and Cole was amazing. By the time I made the drive from Tucson, he had my new Jeep prepped and ready for me. He had also completed most of the paperwork so all I had to do was sign a few documents and I was off in my new Jeep. This being my first Jeep, Cole took all the time necessary to familiarize me with all it's features and functions. Earnhardt really is a 'No Bull' dealer and Cole Avenetti won't steer you wrong.

Happy owner of new 2018 Pilot Touring!

Exceptional new vehicle buying experience. The GM Joey Staples and sales Robert Speer went above and beyond finding me the right Pilot to fit my needs and budget. They both worked really hard to make it all work out for me (I bought the Touring model that was on the showroom floor). Recall Service - Adviser Jesse

Jesse was awesome. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout my visit. I will be returning simply because of him. I have a 15yr old Honda Civic and was incredibly pleased that nobody tried to pressure me into buying a newer vehicle. My car is still running strong and I have no intention of getting rid of it any time soon. I've been to other dealers that were more interested in selling cars then fixing them. I couldn't be happier with my visit the Earnhardt Honda.

Just a check up!

My 2015 Kia Rio has been making a noise and I haven't really worried about it but finally took care of it. I went to Earnhardt Kia specifically to see Ed Jones, who I trust implicitly with my car. Since the first day I have purchased my car I have always seen Ed with any problems, not that there has been a lot, but I have always trusted him, he has never led me down a path of an unnecessary work.

I had THE BEST experience here, AGAIN! I bought my van here 5 years ago and just bought my next car here. We worked with Shannon and Jeff. While we came in knowing exactly what we wanted, we were treated with respect and neither pressured us into anything we didn’t want. Both understood we have very little time to do anything so they worked with our schedule and completed the transaction over 24 hours. Awesome Service

I was in the market for a new 2018 Rubicon JL model. I was dealing with some dealerships in the West Valley, however their customer service was not up to par. So, I decide to come to the east valley and stop into Earnhardt Chrysler Ram dodge and Jeep. As a female looking at cars you really never know what you are going to get, or what your experience is going to be. On my initial trip to this dealership I was on a time constraint, and knew exactly what I was looking for, and what I did not want. Rick in sales greeted me as soon as he saw me, and took me where I needed to be at. Rick was awesome to say the least. I was looking for a specific rubicon I had seen online, and when We couldn't find it, he said he would look to see if it was sold, and if it was he could get another one. Within a hour of me leaving Rick had found the rubicon I was looking for, and he was already putting numbers together for me. Rick was texting me photos and videos of the car, and following up with some phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed for my trade in and purchase. That night myself, Rick, and his sales manager Joel were making an aswome deal for my trade in, and my purchase. Joel and Rick made me so comfortable, and really wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. Santan Dealership in the Phoenix area is where I purchased my new Santa Fe sport. Scott., the salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient and very nice to work with. I bought my Sonata in 2013 and the sales department did a good job throughout the process. Since then I've given it regularly scheduled service and maintenance and always at the North Scotsdale dealership, even though it's located across the valley from where I reside. I drive the extra distance because the service department operation is the best I've experienced. Comfortable waiting conditions with complimentary pastry, popcorn, beverage and HDTV. Earns its reputation as a busy, focused yet friendly and highly efficient service department. Wouldn't take my Sonata anywhere else when the need arises.

They have a service center, bathrooms and a waiting area with coffee, vending machines for those waiting. They often have donuts available as well. They offer special deals throughout the year. Great sale no run around, no bull like Tex says. David D. Was great worked with me to get the deal I wanted on the only truck with all the things I wanted in the state. He drove to Prescott to get it bring it back just so I could look at and decide if I wanted it. Could not have been a better experience. one of the reasons I chose Earnhardts. And I still get an email or call almost everyday since the sale to be sure I like it and have no problems.

Very nice honest dealership! My elderly dad purchased a car not quite understanding the contract. Went to Earnhardt the next day and they were kind enough to take the car back and tear up the contract! They didn’t have to do this, they just felt it was the right thing to do. When I decided I wanted to purchase a Challenger, Earnhardt was at the top of my list to reach out to. I had an awesome experience purchasing at their Buick dealership, and it continued here! Tawny & Shannon first reached out to me and were very patient & professional with me through out the whole process. I was originally looking at a charger, and by the end they probably had given me numbers on 5-6 different vehicles and were very responsive with all my questions! I'm in sales for a living, and all their staff displayed professionalism and willingness to work with me. If you're considering Bill Luke & Air Park (Worst), seriously just stop working with them and go to Earnhardt.... Tell Tawny & Shannon I sent you :) I know I was very hard on them being specific in what I wanted and where I needed to be (sorry :P), but they worked with me to help get my perfect Challenger!! Joey & Phil the new car sales managers were great at following up with me and making sure I understood everything and really helped get me a great deal I was comfortable with!! Jim in finance very much surprised me as he was VERY generous helping protect my car for the lease! Typically finance is where people cringe thinking they are in for a battle again, not true at all here!! All in all, I would highly recommend not wasting your time at other Dodge dealers (trust me, I was working with about 5 others also) just go work with Tawny, Shannon, Joey, Phil and Jim at Earnhardt and you will not be disappointed!! My wife and I went into Earnhardt Toyota on Memorial Day. The place was spotless and they had coffee, donuts and popcorn available. We met with the sales Manager Joe Masiello. Joe greeted us and answered all our questions. Just so happens Joe has amazing taste as his demo was the exact truck Ive been looking at. The Tundra Platinum in Black. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Because I've been doing a lot of online research, we knew what we wanted and only test drove the one truck. Joe took our Ram in as a trade and gave us a great trade value and a great price on the new tundra. Dino the salesman walked us through all the features and set up our phone to integrate with all the cool features the Tundra has. Dino was so polite and you can tell he really cares about his customers. We were leaving with our new truck within 3 hours. They have the process down to a science. I give them two thumbs up!!!

For Service, Absolutely, for Sales - not so much.

This is so long overdue. I like the Service Team a great deal and need to especially thank Karen, Karen, and Alvin, who always go the extra mile for me. They are so friendly and easy to work with. Very understanding and very resourceful. I've heard that Dealers charge more for service, which may be true, but I think their prices are competitive and the quality of the work just gives me a great deal of peace.

Great experience with new vehicle purchase with Justin

We recently had a need for a van and we had our sites set on a Chrysler Pacifica. I went in on a Saturday to check out the inventory at the dealer and Justin Sutherland was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Every time I take my car in I get the best and fastest service. Not only do they deal honestly but they have fair pricing. Best part is that Lexus gives you a loaner car regardless of any warranty which makes life so much easier! I am not hesitant to bring in the car because I know they will provide me a loaner until my car is ready free of charge (and that includes gas!) One of the best service advisors is Tom Miller who has served me for over 10 years faithfully! I love taking my Sienna in for maintenance at Earnhardt Toyota!! Everyone is always so friendly and nice. They always greet me with a friendly tone and I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands. They do all that they can do to make me happy. The last time I took my van in I was eating a bagel on the drive and when I made a turn and my bagel went all over the front passenger seat. I felt like a slob leaving them with my messy seat. I was a little worried about buying a car from out of state and doing everything thru email, but I was lucky enough to get Thomas Anderson as my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic to work with and made the experience a very positive one! Leo at Earnhard Lexus is the BEST

This was our first experience with Earnhardt Lexus and they did not disappoint. Leo was our sales person and he was able to help us get into a used Lexus RX350. He was able to turn around a bad situation into a happy one. We originally came there because we were told the car we saw online was available only to find out when we got there that it had just been sold. We were upset because we thought they pulled the old "bait and switch" but Leo and his manager were able to get us into an even better car for an even better deal. They apologized profusely and did their best to rectify the situation. In the end we left extremely pleased and satisfied. You can tell these people care about their customers and their customer service ratings! We will definitely be purchasing our second vehicle through them. Cannot recommend this dealership enough. We purchased a vehicle there a few weeks ago and it had to be returned unfortunately due to Kia financing and their rules it was an unforeseen circumstance and one we have not had to deal with in all the years we have had Kia's. When we went in today to take our Optima back we were determined to talk to someone and find out what had happened and to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. We were lucky enough to deal with the General Manager and part owner Scott Clark who not only handled us personally but went above and beyond in making sure we had another deal before we left. He kept us up to speed about the details, he didn't leave us hanging for hours, he sent us home instead of making us sit in the waiting room for hours while he worked on financing and he was able to get our payment down to even less than what we were paying with our current new car. He even slipped some goodies in under the radar that I am not allowed to speak of :) He has turned my Kia experience back around from a bad one to a REDEEMABLE one and we will be back to purchase more Kia's in the future. Squeaky Brakes Fixed

Big thanks to San Tan VW for getting the brakes handled! After a few attempts to eliminate the squeal emanating from the front brakes - which resulted in temporary fixes - service advisor Thomas got VW to replace the rotors and pads at no cost while San Tan VW covered the labor. I went down to Earnhardt on two occasions in the past month. First to replace a faulty led strip on the passenger-side headlight, then for a routine oil change. I was ABSOLUTELY floored by this dealership. Went here after a conversation with one of their sales person. We talked over the phone and he assured me they would do everything they could to try and help me get into a vehicle. As always, my experience was a good one. John McCracken, Parts Manager, provided me with incredible assistance in choosing the right set of tires for my 2010 Tucson. He was very patient as I changed my mind several times about which brand of tire I was going to purchase. John provided numerous options and prices for me to consider, even offering advice as to the attributes and/or shortcomings of certain tires and tread patterns. When I finally settled on the set of tires I wanted, John was able to arrange for their delivery to the dealership for quick installation, as the tires were not in inventory at the time. Brandon Brundridge, Service Advisor, greeted me by name with a handshake when I arrived to have the tires installed. He verified that the tires had been delivered and were ready for installation, estimating the job would take 2 hours. Brandon checked with me in the waiting room after about 45 minutes, to inform me that everything was moving along rapidly. The job was finished in 90 minutes, 30 minutes quicker than expected. Finally, Brandon said goodbye with a handshake and a friendly message that he hoped I enjoyed the new tires and was satisfied with his service.

My husband and I had a great experience at Earnhardt Ford! We came in looking for a Ford Explorer- Chris was extremely knowledgeable and honest about each of our questions about the Explorers. We had our daughter with us and two different employees at the dealership offered her a little stuffed bull- she loved it! And I love that they took the time to be patient and cater to us with our child. We ultimately decided on a 2016 Explorer Sport and were able to get it down to a “No Bull” price that was doable for our family. Before signing papers we noticed a small tear in the stitching of the back seat- Chris and his team didn’t disappoint there either! They scheduled us to bring it back in to fix the stitching. At that appointment we dealt with Houston, he was amazing to deal with as well. He made sure the stitching looked perfect and even had an alignment done per our concern about it pulling. We left with our Explorer even happier the second time than we did the first(which is saying a lot because I love it!). Great service and a great experience.

Clean, timely, and honest.

This dealership is finely tuned on the service side. I hand my car in, work with the service provider, receive a nice clean Lexus loaner, and out I go. Returning the vehicle and settling payment is also the same- just as you would want it. Should you need to stick around, the new facility is clean, pleasant and comfortable. While I would give it 5 stars for the above, the best is left for last. Tom Miller has been my service advisor for over 10 years and he is a big part of my reason to keep buying Lexus. People could have not been more helpful. My car was taken right when I arrived for my appointment. I needed a lot of help with the Navigation and Bluetooth. The receptionist made a phone call and in about 2 minutes Jay Schoeffer came to meet me. He had to get another car like my Tucson with Navigation and Bluetooth. With the patience of a Saint he went through the navigation and I learned a lot. He then went through the Bluetooth, with my many questions. So yes I am VERY HAPPY, and grateful for all the people who helped me. My car was in for Auto Butler, it looked Brand New again. I absolutely hated the experience of buying a new car - HOWEVER, Scott changed all of that - I had in mind what I wanted in a Kia Soul and Scott showed me a couple that fit the bill. As always, Great service in a timely manner. When I first purchased my Santa Fe Sport I had the clear film on the front end, door sills and rear deck included. As a result every couple of months I get a FREE coupon to bring it in for the "Auto Butler." I don't have to wash, wax or polich the car. I have always used the Quick Lane to change my oil, this time they had a full detail special for $67 dollars. I was not expecting much but to my surprise it was one of the best details that I have ever received. the even emptied every compartment put the stuff that was in there into a bag cleaned those too. Chrysler notified us to take our 2017 Pacifica Ltd in to our dealership due to a recall or update on software. We called our Service advisor, Rose Serna. A Great Experience

My experience with Earnhardt Kia has been excellent. Three weeks ago, I went in to have my 2012 Kia Sorento serviced and since I had not eaten that morning, I walked across the street to the QT to get a sandwich. On my return, I made the mistake of walking through the new car parking lot and began looking at some of the sorentos on the lot. A nice gentleman approached me and asked if I had been helped. I politely said no and that I was just looking since my vehicle was being serviced. He asked what I was looking for and I told him and he said, "let me go and see what your (2012) has on it. I preceded to the customer service lounge to eat my sandwich and low and behold, this gentleman, Jason Jordan, drove a 2018 vehicle to the front of the customer service lounge and asked me to come and look at it. This vehicle had so many new features that my vehicle did not have and I thought "WOW, this is a nice vehicle". I refused to get in it as well as drive it. The best part was that Jason told me that I could get the vehicle for the same payment as what I was paying for my 2012. I told Jason that I would go home and discuss this with my husband. I did that and my husband say 'OKAY'. Jason contacted me on Sunday, and we made arrangement for my husband and I to come in on Monday. On Monday, my husband and I drove out with a 2018 Kia Sorento. Jason was a perfect gentleman and salesman. Everything he told us is what we received. He explained some of the new features to us that evening and if I had any questions to not hesitate to call him. I couldn't have had a better salesperson to work with. The finance person, Mike Metcalf, was great. With the additional items that was added, my payment was only $.95 (95 cents) higher than what I had been paying. I would recommend family and friends to Jason Jordan at Earnhardt Kia.

I have serviced our Sonata at this store since it opened. Sales people are informative but don’t push. My relationship with the service department is one I value. The ‘09 Sonata is at the point where it requires more than routine maintenance. This store was reasonably priced and my service writer Norm explained the reason for the repair need, complied with my request to put the old parts in plastic bags in my trunk. I have the same technician each time, Arvin. He has gone on test drives and explained what needed to be done. Once completed the car drove like new. It’s worth the drive to buy and service here. They are fairly priced and very customer focused to retain your business through trust.

Best care and service we've ever enjoyed! We needed to come to the Valley and wondered if we could get our Sonata serviced without a long wait. We live about 130 miles away in Overgaard. A great service man told us they will squeeze it in and have us out in time to make my husband's doctor appointment. CJ Laskovitch was great to work with. He has great communication and listening skills. He was able to answer all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about the Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie. Radio and back-up system problem.

I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly when I start the car and put in reverse. I have been able to get the system to work by pushing the blue link button on and than immediately off. This is not a good way to keep the system working. I would like this to be resolved.
